General background for this is to parallel Wendy's time in Lamia Scale she spends a season in the city Chelia is a hero at. When that time is over, Chelia wants to prove that she'll be able to protect the city without Wendy by her side. She had her best day as a hero ever and her NEXT powers seem to have improved drastically. If I ever properly designed them Chelia's hero suit would be based on cupid and Wendy's would be based on her dragon force.
