Yes, the guy’s fetish was dudes with extremely huge ballsacks so he pressured his bfs (who were all like Extremely Subservient to him all the time) to inject their balls with silicone to stretch them out. Since this is not a procedure done by like doctors, the silicone migrated into his bf’s lungs and killed him, but noodlesandbeef like covered it up and set himself up as the beneficiary to his bf’s insurance. It’s fucked up and imo your last words should not be “thank you for allowing me to serve you” to the person who directly caused your death.

Someone mentioned in the tags but yeah, it was more than just “pressured his bf” it was an abusive polycule of which he—NoodlesandBeef/Dylan—was the center/leader to the point of Cult-like status. Eventually the wider kink/gay community in SF figured out what was going on (a very unhealthy, controlling,abusive dynamic) and some folks attempted to intervene, at which point they all fled up to Seattle where Tank (the big ginger bull in the group/cult) died shortly after under very suspicious circumstances, Noodlesandbeef/Dylan attempted a clumsy coverup and basically went into hiding afterwards. I know at least one of the members escaped back east to MA but don’t know what happened to the rest.
