Keep abs pulled down and in and keep a neutral spine. This is good for working your transverse abdominis. 2 Double leg push-out with lift: 1 2 reps Again abs pull down and in. This exercise works both upper and lower abs. 3 Forearm plank with mini lift: 1 5 reps Start with your plank and pull abs up toward spine. Next use your abs to SLIGHTLY lift hips towards ceiling. I like this variation to get some extra lower ab work in. 4 Forearm side plank hip dips: 10 reps After performing your dip come back to starting position (don't over lift in the other direction). For those of you that are under the assumption that abs are made in the kitchen, I've got some news for you - that's not exactly true. A more accurate description would be: 'Abs are made in the gym and Revealed in the Kitchen While your diet is extremely important for a well defined and balanced set of abs, it is not solely responsible for them. So if you're after a well developed set of abs, I'd highly recommend you begin by training them with proper intensity.. 1 Backwards Lunge Knee Up =3x15each 2 Sidewards Lunge =3x20 3 Two Step Jumps =3x10 4 Side Crunches =3x15each 5 Russian Twists =3x30 6 Fast Toe Jumps =3x50 7 Mountain Climbers =3x30 Hit these exercises back to back with minimal rest in between each exercise.
