Hello, today marks The Acolyte Autumn challenge. I can't dedicate more time to making artworks or write in depth stories, but I'll try to post drabbles instead. At the end of the month I'll post all of them on AO3

Day 1 prompt: Two

“The power of one. The power of two. The power of many…”

Qimir listened as Osha recited what she referred to earlier as her tribe’s coming-of-age ritual. Her face was neutral, and Qimir couldn’t decipher what she was feeling from her expression alone. But he also didn’t like to encroach in her mind’s territory to gauge her reactions.

“What?” Osha asked, her brows furrowed.

“Nothing,” Qimir replied, flashing her a soft smile. “I just can’t figure out how you feel about this moment from your childhood... that you’re sharing with me.”

Osha returned a bittersweet smile. “Strap in, I guess.”

Day 1 - Two

The number of two has a powerful meaning in the Acolyte.

- Rule Of Two in Sith code

- Osha and Mae being twins

- Master and Apprentice in the Jedi order

I love the sentiment of the number which was demonstrated in the series.

Day 2 - Thread

I love that the Acolyte explores a different type of bellowed on the force, the threads by Aniseya and her coven.

Why?

The witches don’t believe one person should be binded by the thread even though it can lead them to their own destinies and own paths. The threads also connect the people around them like we see when they attempt to possess Kelnacca and unfortunately works against them in the end which is good to show that the thread can have its weakness.
