Are you a Stardew Valley fan too? š¾ Did you know thereās actually an official Stardew Valley cookbook? I spotted it at Target and couldnāt resist bringing it home! Itās absolutely gorgeous, perfect for anyone who loves cottagecore, Autumn, and all things cozy.
The book is filled with recipes straight from the game, lovingly adapted for real life. For Day 6 of October Reads, Iāll be sharing my top 5 recipes from the Stardew Valley Cookbook. Letās be honest, itās hard to read on an empty stomach! So grab a blanket, get comfy, and letās whip up something warm and delicious to enjoy with a good book.
A hearty, warming dish perfect for crisp Autumn days. š
2.4 lbs pumpkin, peeled and cubed
In a large pot, sautƩ the onion and garlic until softened.
Add the pumpkin cubes, vegetable broth, and water.
Bring to a boil, then simmer until the pumpkin is tender.
Use an immersion blender to puree the soup until smooth.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve hot, garnished with a drizzle of cream or a sprinkle of roasted pumpkin seeds.

2 cups fresh blackberries
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
