Excerpt from Finnegan’s Wake by James Joyce, presented through typing patterns from four individuals.
In Axonometric.
Line length determined by frequency of letter in text. Length decreases with each character use as if of a degrading material.
Line angle determined by character type: uppercase, lowercase, symbol, space.
Line’s vertical position determined by individual character, such as: a, q, !, or -.
Line weight determined by time between key presses. Slow typing produces a heavy image; fast typing, light.
Typing errors included.

Family Game: a sliding puzzle - Where do you want to habitat?
Family Game: a sliding puzzle - Where do you want to habitat?
Audience: family members (kids, adults, elders)
The idea is to transform public library to domestic spaces based on my intention to blurry the edge between public and private domains. Room blocks can be moved around to create new spatial experiences. Family members can pick their preferred spaces and put into furniture and figures representing themselves.
Workflow: rhino - illustrator - photoshop - plot - hand cut - laser cut - glue pieces together - paint - play
