I have clear difficulty with word and I may takes some stuff pretty personal but just tell me its not personal and it would be fine TT… Im pretty sensitive when people get hateful or just screams because they want to or because i did something not good… I can really feel hurted and i might block you if you make me cry or feel bad… this is not your fault but i need some self defense TT… ₊˚⟢

I currently have 4 ESSA, and each of them has a unique purpose ♡⸝⸝ They’re deeply comforting tools for me, and they help me manage emotions, sensory overload, and regression moments.
✦ My ESSA are a part of my daily life, and they keep me grounded, safe, and stable. Whether I’m in public or at home, they help me feel protected and less overwhelmed ₊˚⟢
ʚ ♡ Why I Use ESSA
✦ I mainly use them when I’m regressing, when I’m overstimulated, or when I just need to feel safe and comfy ‹𝟹
ʚ ♡ They help me stay grounded in public, in my bedroom, bathroom, friends’ houses, families’ houses... basically anywhere I feel stressed.
They help me more than words can explain ♡⸝⸝
