I FINALLY FUCKING DID IT!!! I finally finished fully editing/updating "they don't love you like I love you", adding altogether over 16k to the story and making it a lot better, at least in my own opinion. I'm so excited to finally share it all with you!

Villainous Pokemon Teams (AU within an AU since this follows the “Black Hat Tries to be Nice” series I’m writing on AO3)

Been playing a lot of the new Pokemon game, leading me to combine it with my other fixation atm, that of course being Villainous. So here's some Pokemon teams based around how I depict the characters in my AU!

Note: 505 and 606 are Pokemon in this AU, and are “owned” by their creator. Everyone but Demencia and Clementia have 7 Pokemon to make up for their canon (not so much in White Hat’s case) pets and the bears.

Black Hat Ninetails (Kanto) (Lucifer - Male - Gift from White Hat; first Pokemon. Very prissy and hates losing battles. Protective of Lilith) Weezing (Kanto) (Pestilence - Male - Caught while scavenging in a village desecrated by disease. Very quiet but also very dangerous) Honchkrow (Edgar - Male - Caught while hunting down a superhero; Edgar gave away their position, earning Black Hat’s favor. Tattletale. Likes to cause problems on purpose) Hydreigon (Wrath - Female - Caught after he found out her species is known for being vicious. Incredibly docile and maternal. Likes doting on Flug) Seviper (Lil’ Jack - Female - Gift from Flug after he experimented on her to make her unnaturally large. Extremely spoiled and territorial. Cuddly with Black Hat and sometimes the other mansion residents) Thievul (Selina - Female - Gift from Demencia for Valentine’s Day; tried to reject her at first, but eventually gave in. Rude and feisty. Bites a lot) Guzzlord (Obelus - Agender - Caught while he was “hunting” in the Ultrabeast dimension. Surprisingly mellow. Protective of Plaga)

Dr. Flug Slys/Kenning Hatson Plusle (Bonnie - Female - Gift from Lewis when he was a young child; his first Pokemon. Sister to Slug’s Minun. Very curious. Runs off a lot) Dragonite (Aviator - Male - Gift from Slug so he could finally have a flying type (once he hatched and evolved, of course; gifted as an egg). The only Pokemon he’s really “trained”, leading to him being his main partner for missions; extremely protective of Flug) Porygon (Nikola - Agender - Caught by Flug after he found them hiding in his laptop. Very sassy and likes to mess with Flug while he’s working) Minccino (Dexter - Male - Caught by Flug after he broke into the mansion just to tidy up the lab. Hates how messy and unorganized Flug is. Very feisty) Bewear (505 - Male - Artificially created to help take down superheroes; sucks at it. Sentient. Blue instead of pink due to biological meddling) Mimikyu (Angel - Female - Caught by Flug while he was out on a mission for the organization because he felt a kinship with her (“I would prefer to be faceless” buddy). Extremely shy. Argues with Nikola a lot) Marshadow (Plaga - Agender - Gift from Black Hat after he stole them from a superhero he killed. Quiet until they see Demencia and her Pokemon; then it’s fighting time! Clingy with Obelus)

Demencia Ariados (Venom - Male - Gift from her mom for her 10th birthday; first Pokemon. Very territorial. Likes to wrestle with Demencia) Gallade (Prince - Male - Gift from Clementia for their friendiversary. Likes to fight anyone and anything. Addicted to junk food) Liepard (O’Malley - Male - Caught him while traveling the country because he stole from her and she thought it was funny. Has no respect for anyone. Still a thief) Lycanroc (Midnight Form) (Spike - Female - Gift from Black Hat when she moved in with him; gifted as an egg. Doesn’t like battling nearly as much as Demencia’s other Pokemon. Likes 505) Toxtricity (Amped Form) (Pink - Female - Gift from Flug to help with her rehabilitation after she was experimented on in order to give her powers. Very clingy with Demencia. Loud as hell) Sneasler (Scarlett - Female - Caught while hunting down a hero since she almost gave away her position. Mischievous. Tends to go missing for days on end)

White Hat Ninetails (Alola) (Lilith - Female - Gift from Black Hat; first Pokemon. Very sensitive and hates battling. Protective of Lucifer) Weezing (Galar) (Mercy - Female - Caught while scavenging in a village desecrated by disease. Big for her species. Likes to play) Absol (Laika - Female - Caught shortly after White Hat and his brother split up; she kept following him and wouldn’t let up, so he opted to just catch her. Kind of scared of her own trainer. Very quiet) Polteageist (Earl Grey - Male - Gift from Clementia for his birthday. Terrible at brewing tea. Has a huge sweet tooth) Togekiss (Catherine - Female - Given to him as an egg by the Mexican government after he agreed to rehabilitate Slug. Protective of everyone in the Heroic family. Adventurer at heart) Raikou (King Cory - Male - Gift from Slug after he “reacquired” him from a lab during his experiments to create 606. Total jerk to everyone outside the family; cuddly and playful with those within it) Palafin (Superman - Male - Caught while fighting a group of villains because he swooped in and helped save the day. Extremely courageous. Bit of a hard ass)

Dr. Slug Flys/Samuel Hatson Minun (Clyde - Male - Gift from Lewis when he was a young child; first Pokemon. Brother to Flug’s Plusle. Very bossy and energetic) Zoroark (Unova) (Batman - Male - Gift from Flug after they ran away together; gifted as an egg. Protective of Slug and intent on doling out justice) Rotom (Trouble - Agender - Caught while he was hacking a government database and found them in the system. Prankster. Likes Clementia a lot) Type: Null (Scooby - Agender - Caught while looking for DNA samples for his experiments; stolen from a lab. Likes to battle and play as much as possible) Pangoro (606 - Male - Artificially created to help protect the organization and White Hat; hates everyone too much to actually help out. Sentient. Dark purple and light purple instead of black and white due to biological meddling) Reuniclus (Jell-o - Female - Caught while on his first superhero mission. Very shy and antisocial. Really likes White Hat) Obstagoon (Avril Lavigne - Female - Gift from White Hat for his 21st birthday. Loves listening to music and hates being ignored. Kinda spoiled)

Clementia Rapidash (Galar) (Serenity - Female - Caught while working on a relative’s ranch for the summer; first Pokemon. Maternal and affectionate) Gardevoir (Princess - Female - Gift from Demencia for their friendiversary. Hates socializing and being in public. Loves sweet food) Hatterene (Alice - Female - Caught while traveling the country alongside Demencia. Nicer than she looks. Likes to mess with White Hat) Sylveon (Candycane - Male - Gift from White Hat when she first moved in; gifted as an egg. Likes to lounge around and sleep all day. Tougher than he looks) Audino (Joy - Female - Caught while volunteering at a hospital following a natural disaster. Battle Mercy energy (if you know you know)) Tinkaton (Warhammer - Female - Gift from Slug because it “suited” her (Clementia agrees). A menace to society. Bullies Slug’s Pokemon)

Lewis (Flug & Slug’s former butler/caretaker) Serperior (Juno - Female - Gift from his mother’s employers so he could keep up with Florence; first Pokemon. Vicious toward Florence & Jökull so she was kept in her ball most of the time. Released after Lewis died) Pyroar (Nala - Female - Caught while he was trying to run away from home as a child. Gentle with everyone. Dotes of Flug and Slug. Passed away shortly as Lewis died) Drampa (Gandolf - Male - Secret gift from Slug after he won him in an international science fair contest. Kept to himself most of the time. Currently MIA)

Listen, I know the Heroic AU/Crew isn't as popular these days, but I still adore them to the moon and back, so here's my headcanon voices for them!

White Hat: Patton Sanders from Sanders Sides. Dude has the exact energy and disposition I imagine for White Hat, it's unreal! Here's a cute comp of some of his earlier moments in the series and you'll see what I mean (sorry in advance for the annoying part): here it is!

Dr. Slug: Reverend on YouTube. His deliver is just Perfect for how I imagine Slug speaks, and his cadence is on point, too. If you need a good example, here's his video covering how the move "Counter" works in the first generation of Pokemon: here it is!
