Their tiny no-named village on the edge of the map could only ever support one great hero. Which is why Bakugou had to make the long trek to the capital. Heād traverse though the Kamui Woods, over the Kirishima Mountain Range, through the Tysu Swamps, and anywhere else he had to go to get to Yuei. It would all be worth it.
He was accepted into the Hero Guilds apprenticeship program where he would learn under all the known heroes, but most importantly All Might. Itās the last chance to have an opportunity like this. There were whispers he was retiring soon and needed someone to take his place. That person of course was going to be Bakugou Katsuki.
A future hero hell bent on making a mark on this world. He was fireborn, blessed with flame magic at a young age. All the people in his village preened over how powerful he was. The kids his own age followed him like a god. Bakugou had a destiny and he knew it.

āyou are not immune to propagandaā but specifically cop shows and courtroom dramas that portray acquiring evidence illegally and not executing basic rights as. like. somehow good things? the evil suspect exercising their right to remain silent is always guilty obviously and the valiant cop that broke into someoneās house or hacked into someoneās personal laptop is always the heralded hero of justice. like girl. your humanity.
Every time a cop/courtroom drama says something like "his lawyers always get him off on a technicality" what that actually means is that the supposed good guy cops keep violating the suspect's rights.
Also worth noting, asking for your attorney is NOT a sign of guilt.

i just cycled back into my naruto phase (i.e. rewatching naruto, remembering what happened in shippuden, and trying to figure out wtf is going on in boruto). i also went through all my old sketchbooks from 2009, 2010, 2012, and 2016, took that psychic damage, and redrew some of them here!
