pasnerv week DAY TWO! Bad Habits

I'm excited and need to ramble..

So I was looking up purple flowering cacti to give Apricot a new name and found this beauty..

It's a Echinocereus enneacanthus, so I think we could call her Echinos {eck-ee-no-s}, or Echi {eck-ee} for short.

Now for her last name, I did a lil digging.

Turns out, Echinos derives from the Greek word meaning porcupine, hedgehog or sea urchin. I instantly went for Hedgehog as a Britt who loves the little spikey babies and then I remembered..

..I've downloaded a new StrangeTown for the legacy to continue in that is expanded to include people/places from the PSP, GBA, DS and console spin-offs..

..People like Mama and Dusty Hogg..

Hey lovelys!

I've finally finished remaking The Aphids! Thankfully I was able to dig Sprout's sim file out of my old game files, download Marian and Apricot and Belva is pretty much 90% her Mum {who was basically 100% her aunt so I downloaded Daph's sim file} and all I had to do was give her that o' Nervous eye shape and recolour.

It took a fair few evenings, but I got there, posed them and got this picture made for yooooooou ❤️

I've edited Apricot a bit, mainly making her a Plantsim as A, I think it'd be neat if Sprout had a plant pal and I've been DYING to use these Cacti-buns since I decided Freddie was having a plant baby.

I'm going to look up flowering cacti names and see if any fit her, but if y'all have a more cactus-like name suggestions, let me know!

I have been working on remaking what I need to for the Rudolphs, but I found this game via Mad Morph and the CHOAK HOLD IT HAS ON ME!

Slight spoilers in the smaller screenshots? The events happen in the first two in game days, so it's only very early game spoilers.

If you're anything like me and enjoy cosy games with a spooky undertone, this one is definitely for you! It's like if Stardew Valley, Animal Crossing and any apocalypse/end of days game had a really beautiful but sinister kid.

It's only early release too and the Devs seem lovely, so go and support them by getting the game if you can :3
