Glassheart headcanon

Red always says she doesn’t know what do around kids but at every family day at Auradon prep the kids spend all their time playing around with her.

By the end of the day they all end up pilled on top of each other around her in a random corner somewhere.

Chloe melts every time she finds them and spends the rest of the day making sure no one bothers them until the kids have to leave.

Alternate universe where the Shiz University is in the Emerald City and Elphaba gets admitted a little later into the year (after a family visit day or something) and no one says anything about her being green???

And she’s, rightfully, confused but after sometimes she moves on from it (she still thinks about it at least once a day but she goes back to studying rather rapidly)

Until one day they have some sort of field trip outside of the city and most students fall asleep on the bus because hey college is exhausting.

But then they wake up.

And they stare at her.

It doesn’t feel as judgmental or hateful as it did back home but she’s (understandably) not comfortable with it.

And one of them finally speaks.

"You’re green..?"

"I’ve been green this whole time…"

"…"

"Did you not see that I was green?"

"Idk girl, everything is green over there, you just end up kind of blocking it out after some time."
