Here are the housing stats for Montgomery County! Active inventory is down for January, but units sold is significantly lower than in December. The average sales price also fell slightly compared to December 2016. Montgomery County has 2.5 months of inventory at the moment, which is rather low.

Time to check in on the housing stats for January! Frederick County had significantly more units sold this January than last January. Active inventory, however, is significantly lower this year than last. The average sale price is relatively steady, with some increase in comparison. There is 3.1 months of inventory in the county right now, which is slightly low. Tomorrow I'll post stats for Montgomery County for comparison!

Celebrate the 90th anniversary of the Weinberg's landmark theater with the film that screened on the Tivoli’s opening night. Featuring live accompaniment on the mighty Wurlitzer organ! "The Strong Man": A meek Belgian soldier fighting in World War I receives letters and a photo from “Mary Brown,” an American girl he has never met. He becomes infatuated with her, even though there’s long distance to contend with. After the war ends, the young Belgian journeys to America as assistant to a theatrical “strong man,” Zandow the Great. While in America, he searches for Mary Brown… and he finds her, just as word comes that Zandow is incapacitated and the little nebbish must go on stage in his place. 7:30pm.
