"Earth" refers to a setting close enough to Earth in terms of status quo and what we can expect from it, its society and what it does as a planet, as a whole, even though something isn't called Earth, if it's close enough to Earth and magic or supernatural creatures don't spew out of the Earth's crust or if it has modern technology (this is really the BIG factor), then it's basically Earth.
Also, if it is called Earth and does have magic as the norm (Fate series), or if it's basically Earth but it just has that one thing (like HTTYD with dragons) then it is Earth regardless of the above.
Also, magic is really just any magic-ajescent thing, so Quirks for MHA, bending for ATLA, and Sembalances for RWBY. Supernatural elements can be (often fantasy) creatures, like dragons or made up creatures like flying lemurs or platypusbears from ATLA. Supernatural also counts as abilities that normal humans don't have normally, that also aren't magic-ajascent or called on by magic-ajascent things, like sonic speed or floaty powers that aren't called on by spells.

Usually contains monsters and magic, and usually, but not always, doomed to be stuck before cars were widespread and electricity existed. Most Fantasy RPGs or shows based on Fantasy RPGs take up this category, so SAO, Level 99 Villainess, and WataOshi take up this category too.
[2] Percy Jackson, Warrior Cats count, Stardew Valley, too, Shakugan no Shana, Inu X Boku Secret Service Agents, Bleach, Brynhildr, Future Diary just... a lot of anime from like the early 2000s to mid 2010s
There's usually rich society and lore within the hidden society. It has to take place where normal humans are and there's usually magical, or at least supernatural elements that separates human and hidden societies, so The Owl House doesn't exactly count, since the society isn't on Earth, but the Fate series does.

Usually the biology, phiology or society is explored in some points, and there needs to be humans, or some kind of "default" race, so MLP could technically also count here.

Earth, but it has a species, legend or race that isn't known by many, or any humans. Then they meet the main character for one reason or another. The Fairly Odd Parents could also be counted for this, too.
[5] Danny Phantom, Ben 10... uhm... most superhero cartoons and movies... some others that I didn't watch.
It's normal, everyday Earth, and the status quo is only different for our one (sometimes multiple!) Protaganist(s)! This Protaganist can be magical, supernatural, or otherwise not like other humans✨️.
However it's worth noting that the Protaganist might not be the only special one, and there might be supernatural or magical elements elsewhere, but it's rare to see it on Earth, so Steven Universe and Digimon also qualifies for this. A good amount of magical girl anime goes here.
[6] HameFura, Outbreak Company ig, most of the Isekai Harems that are just Isekai to be Isekai.
The magical/supernatural elements exist, but the story rarely takes time to talk about it in detail or sometimes even show it off much! You might even need supplemental material to understand it or it's origins more than the original or main story. So, for that reason I'm also putting RWBY in here. ATLA just barely skims over this category, since Bending and ideology involving bending is explained well-enough throughout the main show, and it's shown a lot.
[7] Adventure Time, Monster Rancher, TAWOG etc.
Not quite Earth, and not quite a high Fantasy world. The focus is usually on the people and creatures that inhabit it. Pokémon and Don't Hug Me I'm Scared also comes here.
