Hi I wrote a quick one shot loosely based on this art of mine where Shane obsesses over Ilya’s crucifix. The idea couldn’t escape me.

Summary:

He sometimes imagined what might happen if he caught it in his mouth. If he moaned at just the right moment so the tiny gold crucifix would fall into place on his tongue.

An accident.

Plausible deniability if Rozanov found it weird.

Shane had never been brave enough to do it but he so wanted to. He imagined tasting the tang of the metal, salty maybe from the sweat of being pressed against Rozanov’s skin day after day, game after game. Perhaps once he’d finally caught it, he would pull it slightly, lodged tight behind his teeth. He could use the threat of the chain breaking like some sort of fucked up leash. A tether to keep Rozanov close, stop him from pulling away so soon.
