watching star trek pisses me off because of course spock is my favorite character. of course i think the alien who can mind meld and nerve pinch is fucking awesome. of course i think the guy with a complex origin story and emotional restraint is fascinating and maybe a little bit hot. of course the dude with great line delivery and daddy issues and eye shadow is my favorite crew member. the enterprise hired the coolest first officer ever and im falling for the bait
reminded me of this one post by myrmeraki
"TWIN PEAKS" S02E12 - "The Black Widow"
Crap! Now I gotta stay up all night re-watching the entire series to see if this is correct.
Bedtime doodle where they k-kiss and the Klingons fujo-out!

it’s not wednesday anymore but pretend it is. i just think that we need to also celebrate dale cooper on wet man wednesday
i had two wolves inside of me while watching this scene
normal side: beautiful scene. surprising turning point in the story. yet another layer of surrealism and harsh strangeness. i feel like we're back to square one, but in a completely different dimension. NOW,
gooner side: did they really have to portray cooper like that. really. at a time like this.
hyperfixations are weird why am i thinking about special agent dale cooper while i’m on vacation. girl the ocean??
I need to wife him up (special agent dale cooper)
been neglecting my trek duties lately by watching twin peaks. and you won't believe how infatuated i am with agent dale cooper... actually, you may do. it's like falling in love with jim kirk, isn't it? it comes for free with the watching experience. a bait to take. well, then i may have just taken the easiest, sexiest and most enchanting bait of all time, mr. special agent.
and what i'm hating the most about it is the way i can't look ANYTHING up. reason is i'm at a constant risk of being spoiled.
(just watched s02e01 by the way)
something i really like about him is how the has the curiosity of a newborn inside a hundred-year-old brain, it reads both alien and neurodivergent to me, which are qualities often present in my favorite characters. he can trace evidence through pathways no one would've thought of in a million lifetimes and deliver the tastiest of performances in round glasses and a sharp gaze that speaks volumes in and of itself but at the same time get so adorably gushy, almost childlike, at the smell of a cheap motel's fresh brewed coffee, distinct wildlife and 24-hour room service.
