You gotta learn to express your feelings and insecurities without turning them into accusations. Go with "I am afraid of being alone" instead of "you're just gonna leave me like everyone else." Go with "I'm feeling insecure right now" instead of "you probably don't even care about me." Go with "I need reassurance" instead of waiting for them to pick up on your hints and getting upset if they don't. Don't go around projecting your past traumas onto people who haven't actually hurt you cause if you don't check yourself this behavior will ruin even healthy relationships.
