Reminder to mainly myself but everyone:
You cant fast/do extremely low cal for ever. Your body might need a boost of nutrients here and there. As long as its not a binge, it probably wont hurt to spend a few days in a row eating three full sized meals when you’ve been low cal for weeks. Any time I’ve done this I’m only a few pounds heavier until my body gets back to being more empty and then things are back on track sooo remember that everyone (esp me).
