did you experience depression when you were taking roaccutane (isotretinoin) and how did you deal with it? it’s been 4 months since I started taking it and honestly my mood swings are just TERRIFYING. My head is just completely filled with only bad thoughts. yesterday I had a literal mental breakdown for no reason, just had started crying uncontrollably, but today I feel um okay (???), idek. I’m sure it’s only because of the pills. I’m a bit scared of what it’s going to do with my mental health

i've been on accutane since february and this is very relatable. i struggled with depression and whatnot before taking accutane and it's definetely gotten worse. if you're experiencing issues like this you should really think about seeing a therapist, they can help you! pm me if you have any more questions x
