*through clenched teeth* All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well
What really adds to this for me is that oftentimes the word translated as righteousness, can also be translated to "justice", and that's beautiful.
Pray for me, my siblings, for I am struggling. My church disowns me for being gay, and my queer, socialist circles disavow me for being religious. It's times like this that I seek refuge in the pages of history, where Yeshua was rebuked with nowhere to lay his head, where Our Mother saved the lives of gay lovers left for dead with her boundless love, and where all people on the outskirts of what is acceptable have made their home.
Receiving social assistance money needs to be way less fucking stigmatized. Relying on a disability pension, or another income program is not a moral failing.
“But they’re not contributing to society!”
Maybe not by the twisted capitalistic standards of the world we live in, but all human life has inherent value, no matter how they contribute to others.

He's in charge and he can do that, the next one can change that decision, that's the rules as I understand them.

I keep thinking about what Eve and Mother Mary would think of each other, and what they said to each other when they first met in Heaven.
In a way they are both each other's mothers and daughters
They ask me why I believe in a force greater than humanity, and I tell them about the hollow fence posts of my childhood yard, and how when the wind blew the very sky would sing to me. I tell them about watching a father peacock endanger himself by staying in the ground with his chicks after their mother died. I tell them about seeing it rain with the sun out and seeing the sky fill with a thousand droplets of amber. I tell them about the the scent of my mother’s hair and the softness of the scars on her hands.
I tell them that if there really wasn’t anything grater than man, then there would be no reason to keep laughing. But, wrong or not, I like to think there is, and so I spend my days with a smile.

“Suddenly a sound like the blowing of a violent wind came from heaven and filled the whole house where they were sitting.” -Acts. 2:2 #Pentecost
In an effort to make the universe a more modern and efficient place, the Lord God, Creator of Heaven and Earth, confirmed Wednesday that He would be discontinuing the pebble. “Starting in the year of our Me 2026, I will be ceasing creation of the pebble so that I can turn My focus toward stones, rocks, and boulders,” said the all-knowing and all-powerful deity, who stressed that there were already 300 billion pebbles in circulation, the vast majority of which were no longer being used by humanity.
