Reminder to newly out trans women/fems or anyone else on E, don’t let anyone gaslight you about your period symptoms. don’t let anyone with a child’s level understanding of how periods work make you feel like you’re stupid or delusional for experiencing period symptoms, especially if you think there might be something wrong.
things like endometriosis can develop in an estrogen-dominated system, because its the hormones that cause the growth of endometrial lesions, not the “parts” themselves. If you’re experiencing unusually painful symptoms* then you have a right to find a doctor who will take you seriously and not try to gaslight you into thinking that the pain is “normal”.
*period pain is not supposed to affect your daily life. It’s supposed to feel more like an inconvenience rather than a medical emergency. If you are struggling to go about your life, if you can’t move due to the pain, if you’re bed-ridden for the majority of your period, then that is not normal and you need to find a doctor who is going to take your pain seriously. This obviously goes for anyone who experiences periods because unfortunately it’s not common knowledge that experiencing agonising levels of pain is NOT NORMAL!!!
This post is now overrun with TERFs like fucking ants but I think it’s really fascinating to watch how hypocritical they are by literally denying basic biology. It is a simple and logical fact that taking estrogenising HRT will lead to an estrogen-dominant system, and when one has an estrogen-dominant system, they will experience the effects of the way in which estrogen works in a cyclical manner.
This cycle causes the shedding of the uterus lining, which is menstruation, but that’s only one symptom of a period and the two should not be treated as synonyms (hence the distinction between menstruation and PMS). In fact it’s actually quite daunting, and reflective of a severe lack of sex education on how estrogen-dominated systems work, that so many people in the notes of this post do not realise that menstruation is not the only part of a period. Cis women without uteruses, for example, still experience period symptoms if their ovaries remain intact, because the ovaries still produce estrogen, and if they also don’t have their ovaries, then cis women may also go on HRT to restore their low levels of estrogen back to their normal levels, and will again experience the period symptoms caused by an estrogen-dominated system, such as bloating, mood swings, fatigue and even things such as PMDD (which is a hormone-based disorder and does not require the presence of a uterus, hence why trans women on HRT can also develop this debilitating disorder).
This knowledge is vital, not just for trans women, but for everyone with an estrogen-dominated system (cis women, trans women, pre-T trans men etc.) because working under the belief that period symptoms are entirely contained within the uterus means that many symtoms, issues and disorders can go undiagnosed when the uterus is not present. Endometriosis, for example, is literally a disorder caused by endometrial tissue growing outside of the uterus, so removing the uterus does not cure endometriosis.
TERFs are willing to ignore basic biological facts and literally put women in danger by minimising the effects that estrogen itself has on the body purely to further their exclusionary agenda wherin the idea of a trans woman being able to relate to them in any way causes them to seethe with misplaced anger.
It’s also interesting how much they’ve deified their own pain and suffering, so being exposed to the fact that this pain is not exclusive to cis women (or more specifically, those with a uterus) is so threatening to them that they have to literally change immutable facts in order to deny this reality.
Making a protective circle around my friends. I know we're a discourse blog but does everyone have to argue about everything? There are bigger fish to fry. Not to mention half of you are trying to act like you're the only traumatized or disabled person in the room, and/or are using/supporting ableist language and ideology.
I think endos need to learn that dissociation ≠ multiplicity and that their dissociative experiences are real, but not multiplicity. Dissociation without multiplicity can mimick multiplicity.
No anti endos aren’t a cult. no pro endos aren’t a cult. making claims that an opinion is a cult without any backing in a space with a lot of mentally ill people is beyond unhelpful it is genuinely so dangerous
and hell, even if they were a cult, then that means you should be treating the members in the geoup with the patience, kindness and awareness you would treat cult victims, because surely you just want to help them and don’t just want to cause paranoia in a mental health space, right????
while i see this sentiment mostly in the pro endos who have stuck their head further up their ass than the rest of their club, i have seen this stuff echoed sometimes in anti endo communities and i need you guys to knock it off
I could use some money right now... pls consider leave me a tip or commission me to draw your fave drawing anything in a silly way. (I think about taking plush portrait commission too but I'm too tired to setup rn.....)

I saw a post that disgruntled me enough to want to talk about this, so here we are. There seems to be a heavy amount of misinformation on what "counts" as OEA, often excluding adult victims and non-programmed victims. So, within this post, we'll go over what the terms "OA, MC, and RA" mean, as well as commonly construed myths.
Organized Abuse
all-encompassing.
Organized abuse is a wide term that includes experiences of ritual abuse and mind control but is in no way exclusive to them. Often, only organized child sexual abuse is mentioned, which leaves out a lot of experiences it includes.
The most simple definition of organized abuse is "Abuse that involves a number of people doing something together in a pre-planned and/or structured way, rather than acting alone." In short terms, abuse done by multiple people in a planned way. [1]
All groups under the RAMCOA/OEA label will fall under this category. This includes, but is not limited to, Cults, Trafficking Rings, Labor Camps, "Troubled Teen" Camps, Intra-Familial Organized Abuse, and other experiences that fall under this definition. This includes victims indoctrinated into cults, trafficked, or otherwise abused as adults, as well as children born or brought into it. Location of the abuse (at home, in a church, at school, at a daycare, etc) doesn't matter, and someone does not have to go through ritual abuse or mind control to have experienced organized abuse.
Ritual Abuse
not inherently satanic.
Ritual abuse is a term often confused with SRA, or "Satanic Ritual Abuse," an outdated and often harmful label for forms of organized extreme abuse. Not all forms of organized abuse are ritual abuse.
Ritual abuse can be defined as "Abuse that occurs in a context where symbols or activities have superstitious, supernatural, or religious connotations. It is organised, often involving multiple perpetrators, and the abuse often happens as part of a rite or ceremony." Alternatively, the word 'ritual' refers to "a rite, ceremony or pseudo- religious service which involves a series of actions performed in a fixed order and/or at certain times; something that is done in the same way whenever a particular situation occurs." [1] [2]
Because of this, ritual abuse can be defined while including spiritual themes and non spiritual themes. So, many definitions include other forms of abuse that is ritualized/specifically repeated in nature, such as on a specific day or time or in a specific order.
This type of abuse is most dominated in literature by satanic overtones, once again from the term SRA. However, this is not exclusive to satanic cults. Any group based on a belief system or using other reoccurring themes/abuse can perpetrate ritual abuse. Though ritual abuse is also more commonly linked with mind control and child abuse, programming and age have no impact on if an experience is ritual abuse or not.
Survivors of ritual abuse include things like ritualistic ceremonies, games, symbols, set-ups, abuse on specific days/holidays, abuse in a specific order, etc as common experiences.
Mind Control
programming and beyond
Mind control tends to be the term that receives the most problems, as many people tend to only think of programming when hearing it. However, MC is not exclusive to programming survivors, and many types of MC have been recognized.
A good definition of MC is "Methods of thought reform to force submission or information from enemies and victims, or to indoctrinate and increase cooperation in members and captors," and is a synonym to coersive persuasion, defined as "attempts to force people to change beliefs, ideas, attitudes or behaviors using psychological pressure, undue influence, threats, anxiety, and/or intimidation." [3] [4]
Programming is an example of the far end of mind control, a severe form of conditioning. However, things such as cult and religious indoctrination, psychic driving, terrified submission, etc, are all also forms of MC that can occur within organized abuse. MC is not exclusive to child victims, as most forms of MC can be performed at any age.
Thank you for reading. If you have any questions or additions, feel free to send an ask or reply to this post. A reminder that I am not a professional, I am flawed, and I am just doing my best.
Hello to you all. This is a blog where anti-endos submit reasons why you (yes, YOU) should become anti-endo too!
I'm a Caleb244 introject from a DID system, just refer to me as Caleb. I use any pronouns. I decided to make this blog because I believe endogenics and their supporters are ableist and uneducated. Our main blog will not be listed and we will only share it with people that we trust.
If you are a pro-endo or think you are an "endogenic system", you may use this blog to learn why being pro-endogenic is wrong and harmful towards those with CDDs.
i swear to god if i see more people being weird about contradictory labels DURING PRIDE MONTH OF ALL TIMES im gonna start blowing things up
casual reminder that many contradictory labels are used by:
nonbinary people
trans people
intersex people
gender nonconforming people
and are NOT used by:
cishet men trying to date lesbians
queers do not have to be palatable to you or anyone who follows heteronormativity (as many toxic queer spaces tend to, btw). a queer person's identity is for THEM to decide and for YOU to shut the fuck up and mind your business if you "don't get it". you don't have to "get it" to not be a queerphobic prick.
happy pride to all the weird queers out there!! be weirder! confuse the fuck out of the people who tell you what you can or can't be! I will always support you being your freakiest self!
