Does anyone else get really argumentative online when they have a migraine? Posting online, especially arguing in the comments, is one of the first signs I'm getting a migraine. Almost without fail.
On an unrelated note, I have a migraine.

Media literacy is dead. Sometimes I wonder if it was ever alive 💀
The threat/promise of motherhood sure puts your life into perspective. Like, I have less than nine months to fix my worst qualities so I won't fuck up the life of this future human being. Eight months in and I haven't figured everything out, but I'm pleased with my progress and no longer as worried about postpartum depression or chronic illness impacting my ability to parent. Having the support of others around me sure helps
I wonder how many others felt the same when they found out?
Update- 2 months postpartum. Life with a newborn is stressful, but things get more fun as she gains more awareness of her surroundings. The postpartum depression I was half expecting did not come (thankfully), my migraines came back but are being treated by a nerve block, so it feels like instead of being a “disabled parent” I’m just a parent? Either way, I’m thankful for my support system and glad I took advantage of the services offered to perinatal women when I was pregnant to make my life a bit easier now.
Post partum stomachs are so funny to me. I went from having what looked like a fleshy medicine ball protruding from my abdomen to what appears to be a deflated balloon of a stomach in a matter of moments

Crochet patterns are either like:
"Hey here are some really simple instructions with pictures for reference! I've also included links to how to do these stitches, what yarn I used and where I buy it, and how much I used! :)"
Or
"Hey here's ONLY the abbreviations for the stitches with no context, you'll have to know how to FIGHT GOD and have yarn made from the wool of ONLY FEMALE SHEEP FED ONLY GRASS AND LESS THAN 4 YEARS OLD that costs 5000$ per skein. And no I won't tell you how much you'll need."

Has anyone else ever read a story where the villain is so cartoonishly evil that you start to feel bad for them? Because sometimes I can't help but think "it's not your fault you're an asshole, the author just made you that way" the more their villainous antics get exposed.
OKAY SIT DOWN SHUT UP, WE’RE GONNA TALK COLORS
THIS IS SAPPHIRE
THIS IS TEAL
THIS IS PERIWINKLE
THIS IS AZURE
AND THIS IS TURQUOISE
WONDER WHY THOSE ALL DON’T LOOK LIKE THE SAME COLOR? BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT
OTHER THAN BEING PART OF THE SAME FAMILY OF BLUES, THEY ARE NOT ALL THE SAME FUCKING COLOR! WHY WOULD THEY ALL BE THE SAME FUCKING COLOR! DO YOU THINK WE JUST NAME NEW COLORS FOR KICKS!?!?!?
WHEN DESCRIBING A CHARACTER’S GOD FORSAKEN EYE COLOR, PICK ONE YA GODDAMN HIPPIE
As someone who is colourblind this post is fucking hilarious because they are in fact all the same fucking colour
