“..A date?” Your grip on the door tightened. You look confused, Cautious. You thought Cracker wanted nothing to do with you, With this marriage…Was this a joke?

Why was he asking you on a date?

Cracker’s smile dropped slightly. “ Yeah..Look, I’m..” He looked down at you, Before looking away and sighing. “ I’m..sorry for the way I treated you..It was wrong and I was stupid. So, I guess this is a way to make it up to you..and a start for ‘us’…If you’d still even want that with me..”

Cracker looked down at the picnic basket he was holding before his eyes trailed back to you. Your expression made him anxious for your answer. You just looked more confused than anything.

“..But, You said you wouldn’t want..’us’?”

Cracker’s breath hitched. “ I know but-“

“ And you told me that-“

“ Look, I know i said some stupid things..but i.. I really to make it up to you. Please?” Cracker spoke over you, He gives you a pleading look. You just blink in surprise. This was the first time Cracker showed any other emotion besides anger towards you. You look off to the side, thinking for a moment. Maybe he actually is trying to make up for what he did? And it’s not just a sick joke..

You slowly look back up at him. He never looked away from you, never stopped giving you that look.

You let out a deep breath through your nose. “..We..we can go on a date..”

The fire in Cracker’s hair seemed to spark even brighter as he smiles at you.

“ Uh..Great! Um..” He steps to the side so you can walk out of your room. He’s acting like he didn’t think he’d make it this far..Honestly he expected you to slam the door in his face..

You quickly rush to slip on some shoes before walking out, You let Cracker in front so he can guide you out of the house to the picnic spot for your date.

It was quiet on the walk there, neither you nor Cracker spoke a word. And when you finally get to the designated place for the picnic, it was quite the peaceful spot, surrounded by flowers and trees. Quiet. Beautiful...

Cracker opened the basket and pulled out a purple and pink plaid blanket, he then set the basket down before laying down the blanket for the two of you. He then gestured for you to sit first, which you did hesitantly, before he joined you.

This felt so awkward..

You two even ate in silence, and after what felt like hours, Craker finally spoke up.

" So..are you enjoying your food?"

" Um. Yeah, I am, thank you."

You both looked away from each other, not knowing what to say. You let out a deep sigh through your nose as you finished up eating. You fidgeted with your skirt/pants, looking at the world around you.

In your mind you knew this probably wasn’t going to work..but in your heart…

" I am really sorry..about my behavior." You heard him speak. You looked to him, slowly, he was looking down at his lap in shame. " And i know i apologized earlier but..I just wanted to tell you again."

You felt your lip quivering, Tears starting to form. But this time, it wasn’t because of fear or sadness, it was something different..

It seemed he was really going to try to make things better with you and actually try to make this relationship work.

Cracker became shocked when he felt you hand on his knee. He looked up at you slowly, unsure how to react or respond until you started to speak.

" I... forgive you."

" Moon?" You spoke cautiously, freezing all movements. You were at the security desk, just trying to find one thing you needed, when you felt Moon behind you suddenly.

" Yes, starlight?" He hummed; voice laced with honey as the back of his fingers slid across your cheek. Your breath was caught up in your throat.

The things this animatronic made you feel...

" What are you doing?" You whispered, so soft an average human could barely catch it, but Moon did.

He hummed once more, faceplate tilting as he did. " Whatever do you mean?" You are 100% sure that Moon is smirking right now just by the tone of his voice. It drove you mad.

You felt a shiver go down your spine as one of his hands trailed down your back, stopping right at your tail bone.

" That." You spoke, scared that he would notice how much this effecting you. Of course, he noticed though, how could he not? His focus was pinned on you and only you.

Moon chuckled in amusement. " What? This?" Suddenly both of Moon's hands were on your waist, spinning you around in a blink of an eye. He pressed you against the desk, leaning over you enough to tease. " Is this what's got you so flustered, my Starlight?" He spoke in a mischievous whisper, his faceplate right against your ear, sending one more chill down your spine.

Your hands gripped onto the desk as you gulped, speechless. Your eyes trailed to Moon's lips. You felt your breath quicken, one hand slowly coming to rest on Moon's shoulder. " Moon..." You almost whimpered out.

Moon was so visibly amused by this. " Yes?" He began to rub circles on your waist with one hand, while the other slipped under your shirt, just under your chest. Now both hands were on his shoulders, you leaned forward, attempting to give him a kiss that you oh so wanted, and just before your lips touched, Moon pulled back with a chuckle.

" Naughty, Naughty Starlight. I didn't give you permission to do such a thing." His faceplate rotated, mimicking a head tilt. " Be a good girl and beg."

You felt your body heat up at his words. " W-what?"

Moon gave another one of his famous chuckles as he leaned over you, practically making you lay on the desk. He leaned down to your ear. " Beg for it. You made Sunny do it, now it's your turn." His voice so close to your ear made you shiver, your face heating up as you recalled making Sun beg for the same exact thing.

"...Can I have a kiss...please?" You looked away, clearly embarrassed. Moon grabbed your face, forcing you to look back at him. He made a sound that resembled tongue clicking.

" You can do better than that, my Star." he leaned down, your lips barely touching. " Go on, Beg me for it."

You had the thought to just grab his faceplate and pull him in to close the distance. But the other part of you knew things would go much better if you listened.

" Please Moon...I want a kiss, please?" You spoke shyly, trying your best to keep eye contact. Moon hummed, almost like he was thinking.

" But do you deserve it?"

You huff quietly, nodding slowly. " Y-yes...I... I've gone to bed relatively early every night." You try not to laugh at yourself. Moon just gave you a look, you couldn't tell if its amusement or genuine pride.

All of a sudden, Moon shrugged. " Good enough." He then grabbed both your cheeks, pulling you into a kiss that you both were craving. Your hands came to rest on his chest as the kiss went on.

Soon he pulled away and looked deeply into your eyes. " Now Starlight, before we continue, I need you to do one more thing for me." He glided his thumb over your bottom lip. You just sigh, still a little kiss drunk.

" Yes?"

" Tell me what you mean by 'relatively early'."

You watched in admiration as Bon clay spun around, Inspiring his crew. He was so full of passion, enthusiasm, and love for who he is and his crew. You've admired him for so long, it was quite hard not to..

You joined baroque works about two years ago and had been paired with the flamboyant man not to long after. You two have become quite close in the two short years. So close, you have grown to love the man...

There was just one problem with that...

He didn't love you...

He made it quite clear that he didn't and would never love you back...

Of course he let you down easy, He was kind like that...Being as gentle as possible so he didn't hurt your feelings too bad.

But that didn't stop it from hurting.

You loved him. He didn't love you...

Quite the love story you always thought you would have...right?

Bon clay turned to you. " (Y/n)? My dear, did you space out again?" He chuckled at you, Resting his hands on his hips. You looked up at him, blinking into reality. " Oh..yeah. I guess i did." You smiled nervously.

Bon's head tilted to the right. " What is on that brain of yours, hm?" He smiled, curiously. That darn smile...

Your breathed hitched. 'You' You wanted to answer, but that would spark another conversation you didn't want to hear, and he wouldn't want to give.

So, you lie. " Just..Stuff you would find boring."

Your words seem to offend him. " 'Boring'? Darling, that brain of yours is anything but boring. Tell me, what is it?" He leans closer to you, making you feel warm. He always seems to mange to make you flustered like this...One of the many features of Bon clay you've grown to adore.

" Um..." You are at a loss for words. You try to think of anything other than him, but he was not making it easy for you. " Uh...the weather?" You sounded unsure.

Bon raised an eyebrow at you. " The weather?" He obviously did not believe you. You knew he didn't, but you had to go along with it now. " Yep, its...a nice day."

Bon looked up at the sky. " I suppose it is...But do you want to tell me what you were really thinking of, Darling?"

You sigh, knowing he wasn't going to drop this. " Fine...I was thinking of..." You trail off, making eye contact with him. He kept his hands on his hips, staring at you with deep interest. Gosh, if only he would stop looking at you like that, then maybe you would be able to get the sentence out.

" Yes?" He encouraged you to go on. You sigh once more. " I was thinking about..how much I adore you, Bon Clay."

It then fell silent between you two. He looked taken aback. You shut your eyes and turn away. " I know what you're going to say..and you don't have to Bentham."

Bon Clay you a empathetic look. " (Y/n) I..I'm sorry-"

" No no..don't be, please." You interrupted him. " I understand that you won't return my feelings, and i respect that. I'm not ever going to try to change your mind, cause i know you are a free person. You're free to do whatever you want and feel whatever you feel." You give him a small smile, trying to hold back your tears.

Bon just looked away from you, for once he is speechless.

You let out a shaky breath, keeping it together, or at least trying to. "I do just want to say one thing, Bon.."

Bon clay looked back at you, Awaiting your words.

You gave him a bigger smile, as one single tear ran down your face.

" If all I ever am to you is your partner in crime, I couldn't ask for a better thing in the world than that."

Bon stared at you for a moment, before smiling as well. " Thank you (Y/n). Then we will be partners in crime til' death do us part?"

You nod. " 'Til death do us part..."

" Give kiss...?" Sun spoke softly, very out of character for him. You gave him a look, with a small smirk. " Give kiss?" You repeat back to him.

The bot was shy, no doubt about it. He kept fidgeting with the ribbons on his wrist, rocking back and forth on his heels. " Yes please..." Sun refused to make eye contact with you. You, however, were not going to make this easy for him.

" Can you do something for me first Sunny?"

He finally looked at you, nodding a bit. " Y-Yes?"

You leaned close to the solar animatronic, despite the height difference. His rays spun at your actions, waiting for your reply anxiously.

And nothing could prepare him for;

" Beg."

Sun jolted in surprise at your request, more so demand. " W-What?"

You keep your smirk. " Beg for a kiss, Sunny."

Sun swears he feels his systems overheating already. His rays spinning slightly faster than before, his fidgeting gets more squirmy.

He refuses to look at you now. " P....please? Can... I have a kiss?

You smile and head tilt to the right. You reach up to gently tug at Sun's neck ruffles so he could make eye contact with you. " You can do better than that Sunny, Cmon."

Sun makes a slight whining sound, grabbing your hand that's still holding onto his ruffles. " Sunshine, please...This is embarrassing..."

You frown. " I thought you were my good boy, Sunny?"

That did something to him...

Soon enough you had Sun was on his knees, gripping onto your waist.

" Sunshine...please, all I ask for is a kiss..."

You hum, tracing you finger along his lips. " Do you deserve it though?"

Sun whimpered at your words. " Please...I've been good. I promise...I've been your good boy, Sunshine. Please..." He sounds so desperate. You chuckle slightly. " Alright Sunny. I guess you have been a good boy."

" P-Please..." He whined out, tilting his faceplate up towards you. You let out one more chuckle, before leaning down to give Sun what he wanted. You planted your lips to his, earning a satisfied hum in return. Sun's grip on your waist tightened, like he was clawing at it. It stung but you didn't seem to mind.

Once you were content with the kiss, you pulled away. You tilted your head to the side, rubbing his cheek lovingly. " Happy with that, my good boy?"

Sun sighed out, rubbing your waist, to ease any pain he may have caused you. " Y-Yes."

Nightshift.

It wasn’t everyone’s favorite kind of shift. But you enjoyed it; There was no screaming kids, No loud music, No parents fussing over their kids.

It was peaceful..

Besides the Moon animatronic following you the whole time..

And it’s not like you two weren’t aquatinted, You work mostly in the daycare, You’ve talked with him before while the kids were sleeping.

He’s just…Following you now..not speaking a word. All you can hear is the sounds of his limbs crawling around you.

You felt a chill go up your spine as you heard him get closer to you, You slowly turn around only to be met face to face with him. You flinched back slightly, Not expecting to only be inches away from his face.

You smile nervously. “ H-hey Moon?” It sounds almost like a question. He just laughs at your shocked expression, Leaning closer towards you. You instinctively step back. “ Can I..help you with something?”

Moon gets close once again, His faceplate rotating slightly, Almost like head tilt. “ Enlighten me..”

You raise an eyebrow, Curious about his request. “ About what?”

“..My features.”

You blinked, Going wide eyed. He must be referring to your conversation with Sun a while ago. You listed off features about Sun you’ve noticed to him per his request. You didn’t think Moon would pay attention to that, Cause who would want to listen to someone rant about their brother? Guess Moon was..and now he wants a turn.

“ Your features?” You repeat back to him. Moon keeps getting closer, The more you back up until you’re against a wall. No escaping now..

“ Yes..My features. Things you’ve noticed about me, Starlight..things you like?” He is dangerously close to your face, His bright red eyes are the only thing illuminating your face. You gulped, Not daring to look away.

“ Um..Your eyes?”

“ What about them?”

You breathed in, Before letting out a deep shaky breath. “..The light that shines from them..It’s pretty.”

His faceplate just tilts once again, He looks like he’s thinking. “..What else?”

“ Um..” You examine his face, Before your eyes flicker to his hat. “..I like your hat..” You laugh a bit. “ I’ve actually thought about making my own version of your hat..It’s just..so cute.”

Moon looks over at the side, The part of his hat that’s dangling over his shoulder. He just hums as a response. You can’t tell what he’s thinking..

He looks back to you. “ Anything else?”

You nod, Looking at his facial features once more. Your eyes land on his permanent smile.

“ Your smile..”

Moon’s eyes are glued to yours. “ Go on..” Face Leaning even closer, His nose almost touching yours.

Your breath hitched, You’ve dug yourself a hole..

“ It’s..a smile that I can’t help but smile back at..Such a beautiful smile you have..” You smile softly, Looking Moon in the eyes. You then feel Moon cup your jaw with one hand. “ Beautiful?”

You go wide eyed, But you manage to speak out. “ Y-yes.”

Moon looks down at your lips. “..Beautiful enough..To kiss?”

You felt your words and breath get caught in your throat. Your face growing warm, As you lifted your hand to Moon’s, Not sure what to do yet. Moon glanced up to meet your eyes once more, Patiently waiting for your response.

A shaky breath left your lips. “..Y-yes..”

If Moon could, He’d smile even wider. “ Beautiful enough..for you to kiss?”

This robot..

You manage to gain enough courage to lean foward, Your lips pressing a gentle kiss in the middle of Moon’s unmoving smile. You wrapped your arms around what would be considered his neck.

It was strange..

Your warm lips against the cold metal mouth..

The feeling was strange..But a good strange.

Moon pushed his faceplate against yours, As an attempt to try to kiss back. His other hand raised up to your waist, While the one around your jaw stayed, grip tightening however.

Eventually you pull away, Looking into Moon’s eyes. You swear that his pupils turned into hearts. You moved your hand to trace it against the faint outline of chapstick you were wearing left on Moon’s smile.

“ Does that answer your question, Moon?”

It’s been about a week since the last time Cracker spoke to you. He’s noticed you haven’t cooked for him, Or tried to clean his home. At first he didn’t care, He told you to stop doing that in the first place.

But he didn’t realize how much he actually missed your presence.

You weren’t there waiting for him to get home anymore, You weren’t there sitting with him while he ate his own food. You didn’t leave his clothes for the next folded neatly on his dresser anymore.

All these little things you did for him, he took it for granted, And now he’s realizing that.

Maybe..He did care?

Maybe he wants to try….

But Cracker’s not stupid, He knows how complicated a women’s emotional state can be. Especially after he basically told her it’d never work between them..

So, He goes to the one person that actually might help him..

“….You did what now?” Katakuri raised an eyebrow at his little brother. Cracker sighed, Rolling his eyes a bit. “ I know, It was stupid of me..And I know she’s right..we were both forced into this, Might as well make it work, Right?”

“ Wow. Little brother Cracker admitting he’s wrong. Never thought I’d see the day.”

Cracker clicked his tongue, Glaring up at Katakuri. “ You’re not helping!” He took a deep breath. “ How do I fix this?”

Katakuri looked at Cracker, Thinking for a moment. “ Have you talked to her? Apologized?”

“ W..Well, Not yet.”

“ Then that’s a start. Honestly, Cracker. You should’ve thought to apologize in the first place.”

Cracker let out a frustrated groan. “ I know! I’m just..bad at this.”

“ I know. And you come to me of all people?”

Cracker let out another sigh. “ You’re the only person who would give me solid advice.”

Katakuri hummed at that. “ Well, First things first, Apologize. Second; Maybe do something nice for her? Take her on a picnic, Or something like that. You’re creative.”

Cracker shifted. “ Yeah, Okay.”

Katakuri raised an eyebrow. “ And watch what you say to and around her. It seems you scared her enough already.”

Cracker let out a deep breath, As he finished up packing up a picnic basket. He started overthinking..

What if you don’t like this?

He shook his thoughts away, Closing the basket, And headed to your room. He gently knocked on your door, waiting patiently.

You soon opened up, Looking up at Cracker with surprise. He did his best to smile without looking terrifying.

Cracker was many things. A sweet commander? Yes. A family man? Also yes. A husband? Absolutely not. At least that was his opinion. His mother’s opinion however always overruled anyone else’s in the Charlotte family.

So when the day came when his mother told him he was marrying someone. He had no say if he wanted to or not.

The day Cracker met you, Was the same day of the wedding. You were beautiful, Sure. But Cracker did not want this, And he made that very well known. To you, His siblings, And even his mother. But she just told him to suck it up.

It’s been a month since the wedding. Despite this unfortunate situation, You at least tried to make this marriage work. You’d prepare dinner for Cracker when he came home, Of course he didn’t eat it.

You did your best to keep the house clean, But he’d tell you to stop, And that he has servants to take care of that.

No matter what you did to make Cracker happy, He’d just shut you down.

You want this to work..

Even if this is an arranged marriage..

You were forced into this just as much as he was.

Might as well try, Right?

So when Cracker came home that day, You were on one of the couches waiting for him.

Cracker looked at you, Taking a deep breath, Before walking off.

“ Cracker?” You called for him, Making him stop in his tracks. “ What?” His voice sounded cold. You looked down at your clothes, Picking at it. “ Can..Can we talk?” You tried to remain calm. The Charlottes can be terrifying after all..

Cracker turned around to look at you again. “ About?”

“….Us?”

Cracker rolled his eyes at that. “ Us? What exactly are we? Huh? We barely know each other for us to be ‘Us’.”

You let out a shaky breath. “ Well,..I’ve been thinking that maybe we should..at least try? I know….I know you didn’t..want this, But I think that maybe if we both put in the effort, We could be….Us.” You looked up at him, almost immediately flinching back at the glare he was giving you.

“ You think I actually want that?”

You looked down at your pants. “ Well…I just thought that-“

Cracker then started walking towards you. “ That I’d want you? That if we spend time together, I’d actually want ‘us’? Well, Let me make it clear. I DON’T!!!”

You flinched once more when he yelled. Cracker head tilted. “ Aw, Did I scare you? Did I hurt your feelings?” And before you knew it, Cracker has you by wrists, Pinning you down to the couch.

“ Is this want you wanted? Us? Like this?” He leaned down, Close to your face. You looked away, Shaking your head. You tried using your feet to shove him off you. “ No! Please..Get off!”

Cracker thankfully got off, Beginning to walk to his room to rest for the night.

“ Next time, Don’t tell me of your thoughts. I don’t want to hear it.”

You watched him close the door, rubbing your wrists. Letting out another shaky breath, You made your way to the room that Cracker had given you.

Now you know..

This would never work out like you wanted..

So far today was a normal day at the daycare. Sundrop was playing with the kiddos, You were observing to make sure everything was running smoothly.

Currently, You were sitting at the main desk, Looking over some Pizzaplex stuff before noticing Sundrop waving you over.

He was squatting next to a crying little girl, So you jogged over as quick as you could. “ Hey Sunny, Is everything okay?”

Sun looked up at you. “ Little McKenzie here lost her Freddy plush, Can you please go grab an extra one from the storage closet?” Sundrop had a tone of concern in his voice.

You nodded. “ Okay! I’ll be right back! It’s gonna be okay McKenzie!” You went off to get the plushie, While Sundrop tried to comfort her.

Once you got there, You noticed that the only Freddy plushie left was one of the bigger ones. You hummed, Hoping she will be fine with it. You grabbed the plush with both hands, Since it was a little bigger than a regular one.

You quickly got back to Sun and the little girl, At this point Sun managed to get her to stop crying. You squatted down in front of them, Holding out the plush a bit. “ McKenzie, Look! Your friend Freddy came back!” You wiggled the plush a bit.

She immediately lit up with joy, grabbing the plush from you, Hugging it tightly. You chuckled at the fact that this plush was basically a third of her body. She didn’t seem to mind the plush size, Which made you feel relieved. Sundrop however noticed it..

She ran off, Screaming ‘thank you!’

You just laughed, While you and Sun stood up straight again. You then looked at eachother, You were smiling at him. “ So, Did you need anything else Sunny?”

“ Your hands!”

“ Excuse me?” You head tilted, Face filled with confusion. Sun drop just laughed. “ Sorry! It’s just, Your hands looked so small! Normally when I hold that size plush, I just need one of mine.”

You then looked at your hands. “ Oh..Yeah?”

Sundrop nodded. “ Yeah! Wait, Let me see your hands!”

You raised an eyebrow, Before holding your hands out for Sun. He put his hands against yours.

“ Oh wow! Your hands are very small compared to mine!” He laughed. You chuckled as well, Your face growing a bit warm. “ Yeah! I’ve noticed that before though.”

“ You have?”

Now your face felt hotter. “ Well..Yeah. I watch you play with the kids almost all the time so..I’ve noticed a couple of details about you.”

If Sun could smile wider, He would. “ Oh! Well…” He then laced his fingers with yours. “ One of these days, I’d love to hear more about these ‘little details’ you’ve notice about me!”

Mr. 0 had tasked you to organize some important documents that will help achieve his stupid unknown goal. He was too lazy to go through them himself, So he tasked YOU to do HIS dirty work. That stupid sand man..

Who does he think he is? You’re busy too, Ya know?! And he has you doing paperwork?? Someone vacuum him up-

“ (Y/n)~?”

You were to involved in your thoughts to realize that Bon clay was now hanging off of you, Calling your name this entire time. You glanced at the man who you grew to know and love. “..Sorry, I was wrapped up in my thoughts again. Hi Bentham.” You smiled softly, Despite being so stressed.

Bon Clay smiled widely now that he has your attention. “ It is quite alright, My darling~! What are you doing?” He took a look at the papers scattered across your desk.

You let a deep sigh. “ Mr. 0 has me organizing stuff again..”

Bon Clay hummed, more so singing. “ Is that why you’re so stressed?” He laughed.

You just groaned. “ Unfortunately..Just..I know I can do so much more than just..organizing papers! I know I’m strong! At least strong enough to actually be on the field and not cooped up here and organize stupid papers!” You pouted, Not even noticing Bon Clay massaging your shoulders as your continued your rant.

You’re just frustrated that you weren’t able to actually do stuff like all the other officers, And Bon Clay understood that, He’d also be frustrated. So he just let you rant, Massaging your tense shoulders and giving you kisses on your cheeks and neck while you did so.

You only took notice when you felt Bon Clay sucking at your neck.

“ Bentham? What’re doing?” You spoke quietly. He just hummed in response, While pulling away.

“ Giving you affection as you talk my ears off.” He smiled wide, Planting a big kiss to your cheek.

You felt your cheeks grow warm. “ Oh..Sorry.” You let out a deep breath. Bon Clay laughed, Hugging you from behind. “ Don’t be sorry Darling~ You’re stressed! I understand that!” He started kissing your neck again.

“ I am here to listen!”

“ It’s annoying you..”

Bon Clay got up, Walked in front of you to sit on your lap. “ Nonsense, Darling! You could never annoy me, And even IF you could, I’d tell you!” The big grin on his face from earlier only seemed to grow.

You however continued to pout. “ But-“

Bon Clay wiped that pout off your face, But giving you a deep kiss. His hands cupped your face, While your hands just hovered, Not knowing what to do with them.

Bon Clay pulled away, Staring deeply into your eyes. “ Now every time you doubt my love for you, I will be doing that, Understand?” He smirked at you.

You slowly nodded, Still stunned by that kiss.

He laughed. “ Good~” He placed a small peck to your lips.

Carlos was angry.

Not because of Abuela yelling at him for not doing his chores, Not Camilo pulling a prank on him, Not even when he had to clean up Antonio’s animal’s mess.

No, He was mad because someone had the nerve to insult you right in front of him.

So now he had to sit through another lecture from his mother after beating up said someone. Of course he had a couple of bruises too, And his lip and nose were dripping blood, But he didn’t care, That jerk got what they deserved.

“ Are you even listening to me!?” Pepa’s thunder brought him out of his thoughts.

He sighed. “ Yes, Mami..I’m listening.” That was a lie, And they both knew it.

Pepa let out a sigh as well, Causing her cloud to fade away as she calmed herself down.

“ Carlos, All I’m trying to say is you can’t go around fighting anyone who says something you don’t like.” She got close to him, Grabbing a towel from the counter, Wiping away the blood from his nose.

Carlos pulled away, Glaring off to the side.

“ You’re mama is right, Amor.” You spoke up. Pepa and Carlos glance in your direction, You we’re standing in the doorway.

Carlos pouted, Still glaring as he looked away again. Pepa however seemed pleased that you arrived. “ Hola, (Y/n)!”

You smiled at the woman. “ Hola, Pepa! I can take over if you’d like?”

Pepa nodded. “ Yes please. This boy doesn’t listen to me, But I’m glad he trusts you.” Pepa patted Carlos’s head, Carlos of course moved away from her hand though.

Pepa let out another sigh once again, Starting to make her way to leave, Stopping when she got to you. “ Good luck.” She whispered before continuing leaving.

You smiled before looking at your beloved. He was still facing away from you, Crossing his arms over his chest. He became even more tense when he heard you approach.

“ Carlos?”

If it was even possible, He turned even farther away from you. You gave him a gentle smile, Brushing some hair behind his ear, Before cupping his cheek with a soft touch.

You could feel him relax from your touch. You tilted your head to try to look at his. He still wasn’t budging, But neither were you.

You noticed a bruise underneath his eye, You leaned forward pressing a gentle kiss on it.

That got Carlos’s attention, He turned his head toward you, Finally meeting your gentle (e/c) ones. Carlos looked down. “….Someone was talking bad about you.”

You hummed, Cupping Carlos’s cheeks, Making him look back at you. “ Amor, There’s gonna be people in this town who don’t like me. Beating someone up because of that, Isn’t the way to go, Sometimes we just have to make peace with the fact that we can’t make everyone happy.”

He groaned ever so slightly. “….Fine.” Carlos seemed to be displeased with your words, But he knew that you and his mom were right.

“ Amor?” He spoke up again.

You hummed again, Brushing the hair that was covering one of his eyes back.

“ Can you kiss the rest of my bruises better?”

His question made you laugh, Your laugh making him smirk.

Carlos knew that he would still fight anyone who ever spoke bad about you, Even though you just told him not to. And you definitely knew that too.

It was a casually day, You were at your workspace, Tinkering on a new weapon. Junkrat and Roadhog were out causing mayhem as per usual, You chose to stay behind this go around.

So you had the place all to yourself, The quiet was peaceful, But you kinda miss the chaotic background noises cause by the one and only Junkrat. As if the Junkers read your mind-

“WE'RE HOOME!!!!” Junkrat screamed, basically jumping over to you.

“Look at what we got!”

He showed you various parts and scraps, and lots of gold which they probably stole.

You smiled at the junker. “ A productive haul then! Any trouble?” You glanced at Roadhog who just shook his head with a small; ‘Thankfully.’ As he walked out to go to his own space.

You nod as well. “ Good!” You look back to your project. But was interrupted when Junkrat cupped your face to make you look at him.

“ I got ya something, Doll.” He gave you a grin.

Now you’re worried. Last time he gifted you something, It nearly exploded in your face.

“ Please tell me it won’t explode..” You pleaded as he dug through a bag. He laughed at your comment. “ Nah, Not this gift….Unless ya want it to explode!” He looked back at you with excitement.

You couldn’t help a chuckle slightly. “ Not today, Pretty boy.”

You saw a faint blush grow on the Junkers face, You knew that nickname always made him so flustered, It was a beautiful sight to see.

He turned back to the bag, Finally finding what he was looking for. “ Ta daaa!” He quickly faced you, Presenting you with a (favorite animal) plushie.

Of course it had some dirt on it, And there was a small rip that you could easily fix.

Your face lit up with excitement, Grabbing it from him. “ It’s so cute! You really found this?”

Junkrat shook his head, Quickly straddling your lap. “ Nope! Stole it from a kid!”

Your eyes went wide, About to panic. Junkrat interrupted you with laughter. “ Kidding! It was laying around by some garbage.”

You relax at his words, smiling down at it again, fiddling with one of its arms before looking back up at Junkrat. “Well, thank you very much pretty boy.”

Junkrat’s face lights up with blush again. “Doll, if ya keep calling me that, I’m gonna-“

“ Do what, Pretty boy?” You smirk, Knowing exactly what you’re doing to him. Junkrat groaned quietly, Cupping your face and kissing you roughly almost making the chair fall over.

You smiled into the kiss, Cupping his face back. You felt him shift, Obviously trying to grind into you, He was always impatient when it came to this, But when you began laughing, it threw him off.

He pulled away, A bit embarrassed.

“ W-why are ya laughing!?”

You continued to laugh for a few minutes as he pouted at you and kept asking you why you were laughing.

When you finally calmed down enough, You looked him the eyes with a playful smile as you pointed down. He was confused, His eyes following your finger.

He froze.

He was humping the plushie...

It only took seven minutes for your day to be ruined.

It all started in the morning when you got a text from your boyfriend. Four simple words that kept you on your toes for the following eight hours: We need to talk. In a way, you knew what was coming long before Lucio was pulling into your driveway hours past dark.

He’s on edge when he arrives, checking the whole perimeter before sitting you down in your living room. There’s a scared, sad expression across his normally cheery features. You’ve hardly ever seen him like this, and the site is so jarring that it makes your head spin.

“So,” you pry. “What do we need to talk about?”

He swallows hard. “Vishkar knows it’s me who stole the hard light technology.”

Oh, that’s not good. If they knew, it would mean they’d be sending their private security department after Lucio. Not to mention, Vishkar security had a reputation of using whatever means necessary.

“What are you going to do?”

You expect him to say he’s going to run, hide, try to stay safe. You realize he must be here to say goodbye before he goes into hiding. That would be the smart thing, at least. The safe thing.

“I’m going to fight,” he says. And the minute that triumphant look flashes across his features, you know there’s no changing his mind.

“Fight? How?”

There’s a feeling of unease building inside of you. It doesn’t help when triumph fades to guilt, and suddenly he can’t meet your eyes. 

“When they come for me,” he says, “I’m not going peacefully. That’s actually why I’m here.”

“What do you mean?”

Before he opens his mouth you know what he’s going to say. 

“We can’t be together anymore, y/n.”

It’s like the ground fell away beneath you. Your heart aches and you can feel tears pricking at your eyes. 

“Lucio…what do you mean? I—why?”

“It’s to keep you safe. Vishkar doesn’t care who gets caught in the crossfire, and I don’t want that for you.”

You suppress a scream. “Why can’t this be my choice too? It's my life!”

“Y/n—“ he reaches out for you but you flinch back, scowling at him in return. “Why can’t you understand that this is the best thing for us right now?”

“The best thing for us or the best thing for you?” You give up on fighting the tears and let them flow freely now. 

“Baby—“

“Don’t call me that!”

He sighs, “y/n, I’m trying to protect you! They’ll kill you to get to me! What about that is hard to understand?”

“Because I don’t want a life if you’re not in it!”

Both of you freeze at your words. You’re frozen out of shock—did you really just say that? Lucio is frozen out of fear—he can’t tell if you’re serious or not. 

“Y/n,” he breathes. 

You wipe your tears on your arm and slump to the floor. “I know,” you mumble bitterly. “I know.” 

“Are you…?”

“I don’t want to talk about it, okay?”

He kneels down in front of you, voice soft, “if there was any other way, you know I’d take it in a heartbeat.”

You shake your head, the lump in your throat too big to form words around. He pats your shoulder but his touch is like acid, all it does is remind you of what you’re losing. 

“And if things get better, who knows? Maybe—“

“Don’t,” you say, your voice so quiet you can barely hear it. “Don’t lie and give me hope. Just—just leave, okay? I don’t want to see you anymore.”

He looks hurt at your words, but obliges. He gets off of the floor and walks to the front door he’d come in not even ten minutes ago. A part of you hopes he’ll turn around and come back, apologize and say he needs you just as much as you need him. You hope he does anything but leave. 

Yet, when his hand touches the doorknob with one last solemn look in your direction, you’re unsurprised. He shuts the door behind him and you watch the love of your life walk away. 

If only he’d loved you as much as you love him, you think. 

If only y/n knew how much I love them, Lucio thinks.

Lucio’s concert went amazing! As per usual, But the crowds wild cheers and praise’s makes Lucio feel proud of himself.

He heads backstage, Meeting you there. You had a bright smile and already clapping your hands once you see him.

Lucio chuckled, Shaking his head at you.

“ You we’re amazing! You did so good!” You bounced with excitement. “Especially when you dropped that new song on them! Did you hear the crowd!? Oh my gosh! You were so good!”

Your little speech had Lucio laughing even more, While he felt his face heat up from your compliments.

“ You’re too sweet, (Y/n).” He approached you, Placing his hands on your hips.

“ But you’re not giving yourself enough credit.” He gave you a kiss on the nose.

Now you’re confused. “ What do you mean?” You giggled, Tilting your head at him.

Lucio hugged your closer, His thumbs rubbing your hips. “ The reason I did so good, Is cause I have you as my good luck charm.” He gave you a little smirk.

You blushed, Laughing once again at his corny flirt. You proceeded to shove him off. “ D-don’t keep your fans waiting! You have a meet and greet to go to!”

Lucio chuckled. “ Alright, You’ll be with me, Yeah?”

You smiled with a nod. “ I’ll be watching, Yeah.”

Lucio smiled as well, Giving you a small peck to your lips before heading off.

The meet and greet has been going smoothly.

All of Lucio’s fans are so polite and sweet.

You smile softly at Lucio talking with fans, He’s so caring towards them, laughing with them. You swear you’re falling even more in love with him by the second.

About an hour, The meet and greet was coming to an end, And you were excited to get your boyfriend back.

Once Lucio said bye to the little girl with her parents, the last in line were two women, And something in your gut told you they were bad news.

Lucio smiled at them. “ Hello! Who am I making this out to?” He readied his pen to start writing.

One of the girls giggled, While the other gave him a smirk. “ You’re next girlfriend.”

Lucio froze, Looking up at her with confusion before laughing nervously. “ I’m sorry?”

The girl leaned towards him, Which he leaned back as far as he could go.

“ You can make it out to your next girlfriend, And while your at it, Can I get your number?” She smiled at him, Her hand grazing over his.

He immediately pulled it away. “ Look, I’m sure you’re sweet, But I have a girlfriend.” He gave her a smile, He’s trying to be as polite as possible.

“ That’s why I said next.”

The audacity-

And before Lucio could even defend your honor, You marched over, Immediately at Lucio’s side.

“ Meet and greet over.” You spoke coldly, Grabbing your boyfriend’s hand and dragged him away and he was not complaining.

On the way back to your home, You were quiet.

Even with how much Lucio talked about how uncomfortable he was with those girls, No matter what he said negative about them, You remained quiet.

You weren’t mad at him, It wasn’t his fault, He did everything he could to stop them.

It was something else..

You and Lucio were on the couch, He was trying to get you to talk to him, But so far nothing he said he was working.

“ Cmon baby..Please talk to me. Those girls were just being stupid, Honestly, If I knew they would’ve taken it that far, I would’ve called security way before they could even speak!”

You just remained quiet, Not even glancing at him.

You heard Lucio sigh. “….Are you mad at me? Cause I’m sorry. I did everything I could….” He looked down at his lap, Almost tempted to get up and go to your shared room.

You looked his way, Feeling the guilt wash over you. “ I’m not mad at you….just..feeling like..maybe you deserve someone better.”

Lucio looked at you so fast you almost would think he got whiplash. “ What?! That’s crazy talk! I don’t want anyone else better, Cause your the best option I could ever hope for!”

You felt tears grow. “ But-“

“ No! No buts, (Y/n). I love you. YOU. Please, Don’t think that I need someone else, When I have the most wonderful girl in the world.” Lucio cupped your cheeks, Leaning forward to give you a loving kiss.

When he pulled away, He rested his forehead against yours, Looking into your eyes.

“ I love you, (Y/n).”

You smiled softly, wrapping your arms around Lucio, Bringing him into a tight hug.

“ I love you too, Lucio.”
