Help me with an art project about gender-neutral bathrooms please!! My partner is creating an art installation for their uni degree using a series of images based around the gender politics of public bathrooms, since they are usually gendered which isn't inclusive and this affects especially trans and non-binary people. The aim of the piece is to display that using gender-neutral toilets is completely normal. They need people to send them an image similar to the one below. The pictures will be anonymous and they desperately need more submissions as they need a wide range of people. Any images sent in will be greatly appreciated! Hey I just started going vegan and I know it might sound stupid but do the "may contain" and labels like that count as vegan

Hey! That’s a common question, don’t worry :) Yeah the products that say ‘may contain dairy, eggs, or any other animal product’ are vegan (as long as there are no other animal products in the actual ingredients of course). This label is there just for legal reasons in case someone is severely allergic to one of these things. So it only means that in the same factory some of these ingredients have been handled, but are not in the product themselves. And the equipment is of course cleaned when the produced product is changed. So buy all the vegan items you want even with the “may contain” label on them without any need to worry!

Can I just say that your blog makes me drool with your food pics lol. Although I'm not 100% committed yet, I have been doing a lot of experimenting with vegan cooking and foods. Lately I've just been eating and experimenting with vegan stuff home and when I go out to eat, eat normally (if vegan isn't available- I'm a college kid so my friends and I go out on weekends)not sure that will change anytime soon (I don't consider myself a vegan) but I'm amazed at all the things you can do with plants!

Haha that’s great to hear! You’re on the right path, just keep going, eventually reaching a point where you might consider yourself vegan :) In my experience you can always get something vegan in a restaurant, etc. If they don’t have ready vegan options, you can ask them to make something off the menu for you (and it’s not a big deal), usually the vegetarian options can be made without dairy and eggs too so just communicate with your waiter. Plants sure are amazing and we can thrive just on them ^_^
