A little background- I have extensive history in the field of mental health and wellness, ranging from time coaching adults with disabilities, personal and clinical PTSD understanding, working with drug and alcohol rehabilitation, neurowellness like photo bio modulation, brain maps, and QEEG’s!
Bedtime kiwis
I started eating kiwis before bed one week ago and have been getting the BEST sleep of my life. I felt compelled to share this revelation with the world, high in melatonin apparently!
(I know melatonin gummies exist, but literally what is the fun in that)
Two years ago I realized I was burnt out due to my screen-time. Then I created art everyday, and that’s led to me where I am now with my newsletter. <3
“Peace times”
I used to think we had to find peace to be truly happy. I realize now that it’s not a matter of finding peace, but of creating peace.
Create that peace for yourself and it will merge into those around you. Haven’t you ever noticed that calm feeling you get when being around certain people? I think those people must have created peace.
I wish I knew how, but I am still learning to create as well.
