Howdy, I made a blog for all our system related wants and needs :D

This might be a mix of our ramblings about things (including ourselves) as well as reblogs, all so it's easier to find.

For an introduction to us, we're the Mini System! We're actually a pretty big and busy system, but we like to go by Aqua or Mini online, so it was the perfect fun system name for us ^^ We also may go by Unity if we don't know who exactly is out, or they don't want to be identified.

We hope to make friends, or at the very least, be able to see others we can relate to sort of thing. /lh

Also we like using little text emojis and tone indicators constantly, they help us understand tone in an otherwise unsure post, you know? /g

In addition to information about our system, we were diagnosed by a therapist several years back, but we didn't actually get to learn much about ourselves, our diagnosis or anything like that. So if we seem confused about terms and stuff, we probably are! We're doing our best though, and we're generally really supportive of other systems, regardless of how they were formed, if you're sure you have one, who are we to doubt you? /lh You don't need to prove yourself to us, we're just here to vibe. /pos

Non-binary people can't use they/them because they're only one person. Non-binary people can't use it/its because it's dehumanizing. Non-binary people can't use neopronouns because they're too confusing. Non-binary people can't use he/him and/or she/her because that's not gender neutral. Non-binary people can't use no pronouns because that's too hard to use.

No matter what pronouns a non-binary person uses somebody will get mad at them.

There’s something so uniquely terrifying about memory issues. I feel like my self is slipping away from me.

Here’s the thing I feel like a lot of folks don’t get: I’m not trying to forget what you said. Honestly, I really tried not to. I can’t control what I do and don’t remember—forgetting things just happens. It’s annoying for you, I know, but for me it’s distressing as hell and when you make a big deal out of it rather than just reminding me you make me feel ashamed. I’ll remember that, at least.

It costs you nothing to be kind to people with memory problems. Please. It’s scary enough without people treating memory lapses as a personal failing.

1) Vaping is confirmed to cause cancer. Vaping coats the lungs with toxic substances, such as heavy metals and benzene, which are known to cause cancer

2) Many vapes contain diacetyl, which, when inhaled causes popcorn lung, or scarring of the lung

3) Ultrafine particles, when being inhaled, can be lodged in the trachea (not good!)

4) Ultrafine particles can also constrict the arteries in the lungs potentially causing A HEART ATTACK

5) Vaping is relatively new. Not much studies have been done in comparison to tobacco. Plus, the vaping companies are powerful people. There is a large chance that they are purposely downplaying and even burying any evidence that vaping is harmful - just like the tobacco companies before them. They do not care about you, or your health, or the truth. They only care for money

Please I’m begging yall as an asthmatic, your fruit-flavored vapor will still give people around you who are smoke-sensitive attacks. So will weed. Don’t do it inside; if you’re at a bus stop or something try to not stand right next to people or move downwind of them if you can.
