Back in.
Went to the gym this morning, its been a few days due to Uni work. Did about 20 minutes of weights: Shoulder Press: 5 Sets - Maxed Weight - 40kg Chest Press: 6 Sets - Maxed Weight - 45kg Bicep Curls: 3 Sets - Maxed Weight - 12kg (each hand)
Followed by 40 minutes of cardio, of which 25 minutes was straight running the rest was warm up/cool down at a fast walk. On a 2% incline for walk and 1% for runs.
Really pushed it today (mainly on the cardio) and i’m glad I did. The moment I left I just wanted to go back in and start again.
