how are you gonna look at a piece someone made of your character and then pm that person to say “i just wanna clarify that you did their outfit wrong. you can leave the drawing up, it’s fine, but i just wanted to clarify”
like. first off, it’s very obviously not the same outfit- if you don’t specify that you don’t want characters drawn in different outfits, then put that in your character permissions. it’s just a fun outfit from pinterest, and i thought it would fit your character nicely.
second, this was a revenge attack. the drawing they did of my character didn’t even have the outfit right!!!! but i didnt care, it seemed to be a stylistic choice and this is all in good fun.
and third, you have ONE drawing of this character up where only the top half of the outfit is visible anyway. it was not a detailed design to begin with. part of art fight is letting people interpret your characters in their style, and you have the option to set rules for those characters. if you don’t set rules, then you just say thank you and move on. like. am i crazy??
