True, I don’t post stuff here anymore, but I’m quite attached to this blog, I like to see my old artworks now and then, and how Roderich has changed through the years.

Plus, this blog has been an important part of my life. And it’s mostly SFW.

But maybe I’ll go back and check that nothing goes against the new Terms of Service.

All I can say it’s that I’m a bit sad. Yes, Tumblr may be a bit overflooded with porn. But banning all erotic and sexual artworks won’t solve anything. You can’t pretend sex doesn’t exist (and God forbid you to show female nipples I mean FEMALE NIPPLES what a horrifying unnatural thing to see!). It’s stupid, hypocritical, and, in the long run, harmful. Sex can be such a beautiful thing.

It’s just... sad, that showing “violent” pics is perfectly fine (not talking about gore, just something like a knight killing a dragon, or a superhero beating a villain), but showing two people loving each other is such a taboo.

I’m not into extreme stuff... but erotic art and pornography are not the same thing.

Again, I’ll see what to do here with Rod’s blog. ]

[ Hello there guys and girls! How are you?

Things around here are not much different from usual. Let's just say life isn't being very fair to me. But, you know, that's ok.

I know I didn't post much stuff both here and on my personal blog… that does not mean that I stopped drawing. Quite the contrary, I have tons of new stuff. I was just a bit demotivated and never posted most of it. So, I decided to start fresh and clean with a brand new art blog.

Right now I just have some basic stuff there and, of course, near to no followers. What about showing your support and follow me there? It would really mean a lot, to me!

And, to show you how much I care about you, let's say that when we'll reach a modest milestone of 100 followers, I'll do an art giveaway.

You know... being Rod a kinky bastard, I was really, REALLY tempted to draw him in a really sexy/slutty outfit (some nice leather, straps and so on).

But... no. Not for this one. Because, despite of media and general perception of the LGBT community, being homosexual, bisexual, transgnder etc. is not about that. It’s not about being kinky, it’s not about BDSM, it’s not about dressing in provocative clothing... it’s not about acting in any specific way.

It’s about being a normal human being trying to fix in and get accepted in a society which is sadly still so much close-minded.

BE PROUD OF WHO YOU ARE. STAY STRONG. KEEP FIGHTING.

Because we’re winning this battle for acceptance and basic human rights. Slowly, sure, but steadily, we’re winning. Things are getting better. And in a century or so, there will exist a society where kids will read in history books about how it was today and could not believe that somebody could be emarginated, bullied, even killed for their sexual orientation... the same way that today people don’t see why women should not have the right to vote or find offensive and inacceptable the thought of considering black people an “inferior race” (quick note one this: please note that I’m from Europe, percption of black people is a lot different here than in the USA. I don’t know if the term “black” could be offensive, I’ve looked around and it seems ok to use it -here it’s the commonly accepted word-. If in the USA it’s not polite please tell me, I don’t want to sound inappopriate!).
