Diavolo: • Sometimes he becomes so caught up in what he’s doing or what’s nagging him that he’ll forget to eat, keep track of time or sleep. • He has scopophobia (the fear of being stared at). • His diet is at least 65% dry/snack food. • He has some knowledge on how to play the violin and piano. • He enjoys opera performances; especially dramatic ones that tell a tale (i.e. opera buffa). • Has a fondness for cats, but the feeling is not mutual. • Touch-starved. • He burns before he tans, and he gets irritated when he feels too hot. • His hair is surprisingly soft, he also likes to use it as a curtain to hide behind when doing desk work or reading.

Dio: • Remembers absolutely useless and niche knowledge. • He isn’t a huge fan of the ocean, or being on boats for that matter. • Loves nights when the breeze is still slightly warm. • Has a hobby of people-watching to pass the time. • Enjoys theatre performances but would prefer to straight-up read the script himself sometimes. • Has a habit of touching or stroking his neck when lost in thought or tense. • Not quite touch-repulsed but close. • Takes good care of his belongings; some of which are no longer manufactured after all. • Recently, he’s began watching television soap operas in secret.

☆: Happy Headcanon

Diavolo: He loves the sound of ocean waves and on occasion will make his current hideout near the ocean so he can sit near a window and relax. If he’s not careful, the rhythm will lull him into sleep. Diavolo would love to find an untouched beach so he can simply walk next to the ocean and enjoy the breeze without the fear of being discovered ruining the moment.

Dio: It’s clear he enjoys attention and people listening to him; but in those rare occasions he finds someone who he can have a true conversation with is a relief to him. Talking with someone rather than at them certainly stirs something in his heart... Still, it’s his own fault moments like these are few and far between.

Diavolo: His pain tolerance is higher than average, typically he can withstand his fair share of pain but he’s able to push himself past his limits if he’s aiming for a certain goal/outcome. Sometimes, Diavolo feels too emotionally numb or ‘distracted’ to fully conceptualise pain or ‘care’. On the other hand, if he’s extremely irate, or suffering from over-stimulation, even fairly mild pain can cause aggravation.

Dio: Pain? We don’t know her. He can withstand almost anything, the pain to him is temporary and nothing more. But… Dio despises getting wounded regardless - even if he heals quickly - any damage to his body is damage to his pride.

♡: Romantic Headcanon ((Apologies if this is a little ooc)).

Diavolo: • Finds it difficult to form any meaningful human connection, let alone a romantic one. • When he does fall, he falls hard. But he won’t let his partner or anyone else know how deeply he cares; that’s just putting him in an even more vulnerable position. • Probably the type to become deeply devoted and maybe just a pinch too overprotective. • Prefers privacy and comfort, it doesn’t necessarily have to be a secret but he finds having their own personal bubble to be more intimate. • Pet names for days. They’re ridiculously soft and cheesy and his partners wonder how can say it with such a serious face. • Calls every morning and/or every night to ask how his partner is; lots of sleepy, gentle moments over the phone. Perhaps it’s because his partner can’t see him like this, but Diavolo has a habit of being more open, honest and slightly more vulnerable over phone calls. • Would be content with just him and his partner in a small, cosy apartment undisturbed by the noise on the street. A simple man romantically despite his... ambitious ‘career’ goals.

Dio: • It’s not that he can’t feel romantic emotion, he’s just reluctant as he see’s it as ‘beneath’ him (or so he says). • A huge flirt, brags a lot; luckily for him, he usually knows exactly what to say. Overall will not shut up. • Is actually a little childish and needy, though it isn’t too overbearing he does always want the attention of his partner. • Being in a romantic relationship with Dio requires a lot of patience due to his attitude and border-line God complex. Once that’s broken through though, he’s actually quite the secret softie. • Likes showing off his partner. It’s important everyone knows. • Spoils partners with whatever materialistic things they want, he’s rather over-the-top but he’s generally reluctant to have pets of any kind. • A big tease, lots of quips and play-fights.
