Pretty much any music from Spirit Stallion of the Cimmaron sums him up pretty well! His personality is very similar to the silly horse I grew up watching haha! )) 🐎

A scoff leaves her. “So this is where you’ve been hiding??” She squints, placing her hands on her hips. “What kind of mischief have you been up to as of late then? Still dropping kids in the middle of nowhere?” Other figures catch her eye, breaking her demeanor slightly. “Are they…your family?”

The Zekrom's breath was bated for a moment, hearing that familiar voice. It doesn't click with him until he's face to face with her, and his expression visibly softens - once cocky, stubborn eyes that liked to tease and test her... softening?

Family was indeed a strong word - his only real family was his brother Arjun, really - and unless you counted that damn Kyurem… Ziv was sort of a caretaker after their falling out… he never really supposed literal gods considered such mortal things like family since most of them weren’t related by blood. The Palace existed on a different plane of existence than his time - to her it must not have been that long of a time away. But to him…

He runs his clawed fingers through his messy hair with a long exhale, as if trying to gather the words to say after, his eyebrows furrowing. "Always bringing that up - it was one time." almost a chuckle came from him, but it was dry, tired.

"A...long...time ago." he follows up with it, a bit quieter than before.

"You'd be proud of her, she's a fully grown woman now, a hero all her own like we thought." He pauses mid-sentence, trying to look anywhere but her face for a moment, as if the guilt was eating him up on the inside.

"I uh- I guess, we have a bit to catch up on."

Stubborn and witty, he comes off a bit cocky at first meeting, suave and acts like he has it put together. But in recent years, he seems to have changed drastically and become a little more reclusive after the fight with Kassian (Kyurem). He seems to hold a lot of guilt and tries to stay away from others like his brother Arjun, often resorting to wine and retiring to untouched corners of the castle to take care of the secret flowers he keeps.

We are happy to collab though- with a possible Valentine’s Day event for the month of February if any of you lovely folks want to have some fun, possible shippy interactions with any of our denizens! ;3

Meet the Tao Dragons! + Ziv

Kassian (Kyurem) is the eldest, he’s essentially Zekuu and Arjun’s other half, yet takes a weird father role more than anything. Crass, blunt and kinda mean, he tends to only take actions that benefit him without much care for others, including Arjun and Zekuu.

Zekuu and Arjun are Reshiram and Zekrom respectively (and are the canonical dragons to my BW AU). Zekuu takes after Kassian’s bolder and seemingly rude attitude at first, doing morally gray things, pranking others, and acting a little too high and mighty, helping himself to many things he shouldn’t. Deep down though, he has some sort of soft side you can reach if you pique his interest enough, once he stops strutting around like a peacock for you. His facade seems to break around Kassian’s presence, almost afraid.

Arjun is the youngest, they tend to let actions speak more than his words. They’re calm, collected and base their thoughts on logic and honesty, though to calm his wandering mind, they tend to disappear for long periods of time to contemplate things. When his emotions teeter on the edge of breaking this facade, his flames burn brighter than any fire.

Ziv is a hybrid of a Reshiram and a Suicune, and he takes up the mantle of taking care of Zekuu and Arjun after their split from Zekrom. Highly confident in himself, he performs his duties with grace and beauty, making sure all in his presence know they are loved, beautiful, strong and deserve to have pretty things. Though his spoiling nature might come at the price of you changing your whole wardrobe and he comes off a bit strong, he can be a formidable ally and legend all his own.
