I didn’t lean enough into the insane potential of Jet/Seven/Sebastian as a trio in Pandora when I had the chance and it kiiiills meeeee

#Jet x fucked up men who want to be their protector (specifically protecting them from the other would-be-protectors)#name a better duo #there was potential for some truly fascinating stuff with Sebastian and Jet’s similar natures as undead “living weapons” both just #trying to find their place in the world and figure out how to be better people than they were before #Sebastian wanting to protect Jet from the Saikhans—but also from Seven as a collaborator in his transformation into a Dhampir too #Seven wanting to protect Jet from Sebastian because he knows exactly how dangerous a soldier and mercenary like him is to trust #not wanting Jet to slide any further into becoming the soldier he ultimately molded them into and failed to rehabilitate them out of #(he knew it was a futile endeavor when he couldn’t even change his own nature but he still wanted to try)#Jet seeing so much of himself in both Seven and Sebastian and so much of the two men in each other as well #everything he loved Seven for was something he could have come to love about Sebastian too #Seven and Sebastian would have never loved each other it would have always been a rivalry imo but I think there could have been #some level of mutual respect amidst the tension and possessiveness #ugh I miss Pandora SOOOOO BAAAADDDDDD #Pandora campaign tag #Gen yapping tag

I decided to try reading Name of the Wind because I'm soft magic as fuck and I need to be better read in SOME area of my life. and my god. I really forgot we used to live like this. everybody nneeds to get on their knees and say thank you abrasive sjws who were so so brave and impolite and rude about the rampant skill issue that was (not) writing women.
