Luca Ponsato - Does Anyone See My Suffering
there desperately needs to be a separate option to report ads for hijacking your touch screen or automatically launching your browser/app store the moment you scroll past it. "malicious" is not a strong enough word. i need the "go fuck yourself and die in a pit of boiling acid x10000" option

although i don't think abe simpson was anti-lgbtq. he was president of the gay and lesbian alliance for some reason, after all.
sorry the onion has been killing it lately unfollow if you disagree
the will is weak the flesh also is weak and me i am not doing too good either
Yeah okay there are like 11 species of heron native to the USA and yes fine I’ve only managed to spot 10 of those species. You might think I’m bitter about that one species evading me but I’m not. I’m actually the Least Bittern person about it in the entire world
idk if you're all aware but there's a dog on instagram who looks like a pit bull / chihuahua mix but in the most cartoonish way possible. they just mixed and matched parts.
like i know that what i'm seeing is just a dog but my brain keeps saying "centaur"
This unfortunate fellow seems to have moved into my yard somewhere behind the garden shed. I say unfortunate because he does not look well. He's thin and I think he has some sort of mange, since his fur is patchy and his skin looks bumpy and rough even from 15 feet away (which is about as close as I can get to him.) I also think his squinty expression might be due to some facial swelling because of said mange. He's sort of a coyote color, but the black on his ears and the fact that he's pretty small (I'd guess 20 pounds at most) makes me think he's a non-native red fox, but I could be wrong. My knowledge of the local non-bird wildlife is spotty.
His presence worries me because I have Louise, my sweet little TNR failed-feral cat who lives outside. I don't think this guy is big or healthy enough to take a bite out of her, but I worry about infectious diseases and parasites and such... sarcoptic mange, leptospirosis, rabies, tick-borne disease, various worms and other parasites.
None of the local government animal control or wildlife rescues do housecalls around here, so I can't have someone pick him up and relocate him. My best bet is to trap him myself and take him to animal control/rescue, where he'd probably be euthanized due to his poor health and/or status as an invasive species. But looking at him, I think that might be the most humane course of action, if I can muster the willpower and motivation to carry it out.
Poor kiddo.
Friend in an alleyway | my wife sent me this photo the other day and said "you HAVE to draw this." and I agreed completely <:

the unholy trinity of piss-poor caretakers, tag yourself:
tomboy, meaning "this child is clearly queer but let's hope it goes away"
sensitive, meaning "clearly neurodivergent and often distressed but let's keep going until they grow numb"
mature, meaning "traumatized but let's ignore that"
quiet, meaning "has been yelled at or ignored a few too many times and now considers all attempts at communicating with others to be pointless"
self-sufficient, meaning "next to zero trust in parental figures' ability in various aspects of parenting"
lazy, meaning "depressed, but expected to preform tasks or actions without positive support or knowledge of how to do things"
