If we stick with MCU, in Incredible Hulk he wasn't confident with either od his sides yet. So we know he wasn't ready for that. Bruce in Avengers and Age of Ultron was more compassionate and passionate about his work. And he had come to some understanding with Hulk. I think that would be peak sexy Bruce. More confident and assured and undoubtably he would be attentive.
MCU Hulk gives more screentime to Kid-like Hulk, but I there might be two instances of an older one. The first is the "on your life" full of anger rampage in Avengers. We've seen Hulk be reactive but never actively threatening without provocation. The second might be in Age of Ultron when Wanda forced Hulk out. This one is up for debate because Hulk does have a moment of remorse and breaking out of it. That could be another alter was in charge or just the trance enraged state. The second might be in the arena on Sakaar. He did not hesitate. Arguably, you could say it was because of the role he had to play. Still, Hulk later on doesn't seem upset Thor at all. He could've at least acknowledged he knew Thor. Scaring on purpose seems more like a different alter.
Here I would say Bruce still wins because a serious, grumpy Hulk who is only at home fighting isn't sexy. Neither is OG Hulk who just wants his friends to stay and to play with a ball.
In the comics, there are multiple alters, OG Hulk is the kid but there are others who are mentally older such as Greenscar, Devil Hulk, and Joe Fixit. Out of those, Greenscar has the only bio kids.
And he was married at the time, therefore, I conclude that Hulk is best out of the Hulks. He was sexy enough to have someone marry him and have kids.
Joe might be more experimental, but he's the playboy.
Bruce was married three times, but Jarella died. Betty died and came back multiple times. And Caiera knew Greenscar best.
