Tav Vuzran is green because I like green, come up with some in-universe lore reason why a half-drow is green okay?
Maybe they drank a fucked up potion, maybe it's magic skin dye, maybe they got an orc grandparent, we don't know and it doesn't matter ♡

Okay I came up with a lore reason. At the monastery, one of Vuzran's fellow monks procured an infernal little potion. Supposed to take you from femme to them in a snap, but there was something a little off about the concoction. It MOSTLY worked, but had a side effect of turning them green, giving them those piercing hellfire eyes. And they're happier green anyways, and less likely to be clocked as a bastard child of a second-rate climber house back in Menzoberranzan. They have no plans to set foot back there, but either way enjoy the anonymity their new appearance bestows.
(They're still a half-drow, just stealth about it. Anyway, whatsit to ya)
