why are namor's eyebrows so pointy is that a trend or what

it kind of is????? in a lot of early art namor has eyebrows that are like...exponential curves. some modern artists try to emulate this style.

but in most modern art he looks a bit less intense in the eyebrows department lmao. i like to think he has sharp features but not THAT sharp. enough eyebrow game to look like a motherfucker when he smiles at you.
