🩸 BRIGHTBLOOD (WIP)

A redraft of an old project called SILVER BULLET. A lonely girl falls into a parallel world of monsters and mythos. The landscape is leaden with veins and blood that feeds the carnivorous creatures dwelling there, but it's quickly drying up; when they find out the girl's human heart could replenish their supply, naturally things get dicey.

It's a queer tale of found family and personal autonomy.

A queer fantasy novella in which a noble knight is tasked with slaying a loveless dragon. Xe discovers things about xemself xe would prefer to flee from.

🐙 DAWN & NOON & THE TIME-STEALING OCTOPI

A queer novella about pirates and robots and mermaids. It's a silly nonsense book about pirates squabbling over an artefact that will stop time. Short and sweet.

🦴 SAFE WHITE BONES

A sci-fi apocalypse short story about zombies who retain their sentience, and the emotional baggage that comes with that. Short and sad.

it's safe here under the cut so we can chat!!! this one took around 4.5 hours (so basically it took 5 hours...) and a whoooole lot of cheesing!!!! i used a beautiful palette knife that i will NEVER SEE AGAIN. AUGUGH... this was my final piece at the art studio i've been going to since 2019; im really gonna miss the unlimited oil paint... and that palette knife... sigh....

I was very inspired by the Tuva Republic petroglyphs, two of the little stag depictions are copies (first two, top left) while the rest are my own drawings. A link to the original publication with the illustrations can be found here for those interested!
