Does anyone know what fic this is? I can't seem to find it anywhere and it was well-written and super sweet. I could've sworn I'd bookmarked it somewhere but apparently not.

The gist of it is:

- Reader is friends with Alastor, but was still the one to help Lucifer back to the hotel after the end of season 2, had to carry him back on their shoulders

- Reader starts taking care of/getting closer with Lu, who is falling into a spiral but reader understands because they have anxiety. They spend several days comforting a clingy Lucifer

- There was a funny bit about a food delivery, and reader goes down to pick it up and Al makes fun of them looking disheveled which sparks fighting between Al and Lu

if anyone feels bad that their fic might contain medical inaccuracies, be comforted to know that whatever creative liberties you take with your medical scenes can never be worse than the one I just read. where one character tries to stop the bleeding on their friend's head wound by putting a tourniquet around their neck

I think one of the gentlest things in the world is when a friend just gets your weird little brain. like you say half a sentence and they finish it. you reference something incredibly niche from seven years ago and they’re already nodding. they understand your strange vocabulary for emotions that don’t have real words yet. it’s being seen and known and still loved. maybe especially because you’re known. god. what a gift.

Part 25/? - "Hiding"

Two old men talking and bonding.

Hello it's me! Well this part is a bit short I know. But the last two weekends were packed with conventions and on top of that I had a nasty dentist appointment this week. *sigh* I really enjoy building up their relationship and giving Al a moment to thank Lu. I guess the cold dip into the water really cooled him down a bit as well as their little fun game :> hehe

The next 1-2 parts will be mainly dialogue and plot :> and bonding. I just like giving them both some room :) I already posted about this on Insta, but soon I will conclude the current storyline as "chapter 1". It will end with the scene S2 ended. And after that I will start "chapter 2" :) And the part counter will reset.

Chapter 2 will feature of course Lilith, Charlie angst, the rescue of Angeldust, some Huskerdusk on the side, but mainly Al and Lu navigating their new friendship, which will lead to... more. ;) Anyway, tysm for reading :>
