I finished Tianshi's (Orion Gem of Doll) swimwear in time for a heatwave

I'm back on sewing doll clothes and I'm struck by how some aspects of it are so much easier (small) and other aspects are much harder (small)

This is how I spent 45 mins making tiny trousers and 30 mins of that was one (1) single seam

Out of nowhere, maybe, but with DOA very likely closing soon, someone had a good idea: moving doll profiles to tumblr. The doll profiles were one of my favorite parts of DOA, but what is my doll blog for if not doll info.

So very soon I'll be recreating my doll profiles here, probably in chronological order of when I got which doll. I'll link to them all on my "my dolls" page (linked on the blog) and maybe make a pinned post.

Related, but I've been slowly working on a neocities site with details about all my doll characters and their stories. It's far from presentable at present, but whenever it's ready to be seen, I'll let you all know.

His sculpt is super cute, the extra fur everywhere is incredible. He's also biiig for a 1/4, especially his chest, feet and hands. Not sure if the clothes I have will fit haha

I will say, his head isn't actually on yet since he is strung so tight and the head plate is so finicky I actually don't think I can do it by myself

I'm in contact with Dream Valley about his replacement ear since they sent the wrong one ;v;
