I mean for one, no, the thing this implies is that luigi and wario are both secondary characters along different axes, which is just obviously true.

but also while like any reasonable person I do not subscribe to the "alpha male vs beta male" framework, there is no universe in which luigi is an alpha male. functionally all of the character traits people like about luigi are things self-described alpha males would say make him a beta. denying this is implicitly conceding that "being a beta male" is an actual undesirable trait, rather than a loose collection of neutral-to-positive traits possessed by normal and cool guys that a certain toxicly masculine demographic happens to dislike.
