This is a quick part 2 of my dragon opinions!! Enjoy 🫶

Dragons that i have a soft spot for 🥲

1. Gronkle

(Just look at theese sillies bro, i feel like theyre super underatted by the fandom😭 love theese fuckass fatties with my whole soul. AND THE BABIES AAAAAA 😭😭😭🫶🫶🫶)

2. The Lightfury

(Shes like a little pretty shiny crystal you find on a random occasion, and from that point on you cherish it forever. Also i will ALWAYS defend overhated female charaters WITH MY LIFE. So yeah she has her own special little spot in my heart.)

3. Shovelhelm

(I cant beleave drago would hurt theese guys man 😞 theyre literally known as one of the friendliest dragons out there ☹️☹️ theyre colours are so pretty too. Poor Little babies.)

Dragon (designs) i dislike.

1. Triplestrike

I do not hate this dragon desing. I just feel like it doesnt really fit within the franchise. It looks more like a pokemon than a dragon to me. I do really like its story and personallity tho and its not like i hate it or anything just.. the desing isnt for me. Maybe if they tweeked some features here and there id love it cuz its concept is really cool.)

2. Sandbuster

(Just no.. sometimes i feel like rtte got a bit lazy with its dragon designs and the sand buster was victim of that. It defently has potential just poorly executed.)

3. Shellfire

(Ew.. im sorry just no 🥲🥲)

Was bored so decided to make a little list of my favorite dragons, dragons i have a soft spot for and dragons i dislike the most.

(This is just my opinion feel free to disagree 🙏)

My spelling its the best TVT. This will be split up in 2 posts! This is part one!

First comes my top 10 favorite dragons

1. deathgripper

(I just LOVE the way that it looks like a Arachnid. I myself am a huge fan of everything that slightly resembles Arachinds, reptiles, insects, amphibian ect. I love myself a strange looking dragon 🙏)

2. nightfury.

(Ofcourse i love the nightfury who doesnt? Its a mix of a black panther, a salamander and a fruit bat! a mix of my favorite things. I love its sleek body and green cat eyes. Honestly i would give the nightfury and deathgripper a shared first place but at the moment the deathgripper has stolen my heart just a little bit more.)

3. The red death

(I love myself a horrying tirant queen. Shes absolutely stunning and impressive. Honestly i perfer her over the bewilderbeasts. her 6 eyes?? Massive jaws?? Her fire breath?? Chef kiss.)

4. Razorwhip (female only)

(FEMINIST DRAGON GO BRRRR. but seriously its such a gorg dragon, its shiny (metal?) Scales/plates are so unique. The way its build?? Just so perfect.)

5. Sentinel dragon

(I mean theyre littarly the guarding the gates between life and death. Whats not to love about them 😍)

6. Whispering death

(The most horrifying dragon out there you cant change my mind. This dang thing looks like a deep sea creature... I love it)

7. Rumblehorn

(Like i mentioned i love dragons that resemble insects, The rumble horn is one of thoose dragons. I have loved theese big boys since the moment i first saw them. thier colours and big shiny scales..😍😍😍 to me it looks like a big stag beetle mixed with a japanese beetle but dragon.)

8. Singetail

(Another classic case of me loving reptiles. This is just a spicy flying camilion. Absolutely love theese guys. Just wished thier colours werent so flat 🥲)

9. Slitherwing

(I LOVE SNAKES!!!! Its just thier colours that throw me off a lil. Just like the singetail i wish theese were a bit better. Still love the dragon tho‼️)

10. Typhoomerang

(This dragon is just woahies. The sheer zise of theese things is what makes me LOVE them. Not to mention thier INSANE fire power.)

Something in the httyd fandom that PISSES ME OFF SO BAD is when people "redraw" theese moments from the third film where they draw toothless getting angry at her for shooting at hiccup/growling back at him during the drawing scene. First of all in the scene where toothless and the lightfury meet for first time. She shoots at hiccup once she notices him cuz she is terrified of humans.. she has been abused and kept in a cage as bait, never encountered a friendly human before😭???

Toothless understands this and he literally just met the love of his life.. ofcourse he wouldn't get angry with her?? Second of all the drawing scene where the light fury and toothless get to know eachother more. Toothless growls at the light fury as part of his game, she however growls back... AND YALL ARE MAD ABT THAT??? He literally growled at her first and she should just TAKE THAT😭🙏??? No?? she had every right to react back and set a boundary with toothless??

I think its SO WIERD people feel the need to draw her getting "humbled" by toothless. Why the HELL do you want such a power imbalance between the two.. why do you want her to be submissive to him..😭 cant you just accept theyre in a happy healthy realationship and love eachother very much? My boy toothless would NEVER mistreat his mate and i stand by that. Why are some of yall turning him into an abusive husband tf 😬

Head canon for light fury babies!

I have a personal headcanon that they nest + raise their young on cliff faces where they can dive into the water to get fish!

I think that light fury babies should be grey with dark stripes to blend into the rocks, and these markings lighten into white + the glittery bits on the adults!!!! Basically tabby cat fat babies that turn into fancy sleek white adults
