will never get over how weird it is to see Batman / Bruce Wayne blended visually, there’s something to dig into here but I’m stuck thinking about how he’d absolutely split those dress pants down the middle at some point
it very much gives the impression of seeing something you shouldn’t be… it Feels like a violation of privacy, like you’re seeing way too much of his identity, but then you realize… you arent. this is what you’ve always known. the batman is a man. you still can’t see his face, it’s literally fine, but it still feels wrong. when he has the batsuit on, it makes sense that he can do impossible and insane things, but with just the bare essentials, it draws attention to his raw humanity. it makes you think like, if someone handed you a cowl and a utility belt, could you do it? do what he does? you are also a man, a woman, a person, after all. and you just realize like, no. you couldn’t. you realize batman is some guy who does not have a special license to be a vigilante, he decided to do it. seeing batman like this makes you realize that every single moment of being batman is a choice he makes.
everyone saying that tim would smoke weed is WRONG. drugs kill people. he would know. the last time tim drake did a drug he killed lady shiva.
he'll never willingly do a drug. especially weed

fuck my gay life. pharmacist asked for my ID when I was picking up my testosterone and instead of my driver’s license, I accidentally grabbed the fool tarot card I keep behind it in my phone case and went to hand that to her

Don't Call Me Superboy, a fan webcomic that re-imagines the origin story of Kon El Superboy.
I wanted to group all the pages I have so far again! This project has come a long way from when I started it, and it's still got a ways to go. Thanks for your patience as I casually work on this between my demanding jobs. I hope you're as excited to go on this journey with Kon as I am!
It shouldn't have to be said, but disclaimer: this is a re-imagining of Kon's origin. Not a direct or faithful adaptation of the source material. It is not a retelling either. It pulls influence from much of Kon's classic and modern lore but isn't beholden to canon's narrative. It is a completely new story.
