Tried my hand in animating this scene, especially the loop animation

My try to create an illustration fully in traditional art. I'm kind of proud of it

Sometimes I need to take a break from Digital art to challenge myself I guess.

So I always wanted to draw them in animal-themed hoodies, so here they are! But due to it being traditional art, I couldn't decide which version (1: Scanner vs 2: Phone photo) kept the colours how I drew it... So here are two versions.

I love your idea of Zutara as Dickkory! I never thought of it before, but it makes sense. Katara as the headstrong hero out to prove herself and Zuko prince sold off by his own sister who eventually frees his planet. (Also Azula would make an amazing Black Fire)

If I'm being honest, I was kind of shocked that no one though about it before. The SuperHero AUs that I saw of ZK was only them as spidermen or just Zuko being spiderman.

But I'm glad you liked this idea! I'm a fan of DC comics, so I have a lot of ideas of not just Zuko and Katara, but a whole Avatars and Gaang being superheroes! I don't know if I will draw them all, but we will see^^

I didn't really draw Tim much this year, but that doesn't mean I will not draw him for his birthday (and of course mine 'redraw this art every year')

Most Zutara in SuperHeros settings AUs is usually spiderman or ladybug, so I tried to do them in DC aka with DickKory (Nightwing/1stRobin x Starfire) from TeenTitans or Titans.

But I couldn't figure out which version I liked more, so I decided to do both))

I really struggled with Katara's second design..

Like, I really wanted to do second designs in their Book 3 outfits, so I tried Katara being a full warrior of the South Water Tribe! I decided to do her in Sokka's design in Book 1 episode 2 (when Zuko came to them) (and I really liked this warrior makeup), but still keep her in her Book 3 outfit. In the end I didn't like it, so I tried to put her in traditional Inuit bone armour with some shoulder pieces from live action. I like this more, but I'm still not fully satisfied...

Shockingly this animation only took me 3 weeks

I beg corporations to let stories END. Endings are important. Journeys start to lead to a destination. Do we really need a third Avatar series? Does it have to be a post-apocalypse? Why would you write a post-apocalypse when that is basically what we'd watched the Gaang prevent when Ozai set out to burn the whole Earth Kingdom? Why give us the feeling that it was all for naught?

I wish ATLA was just a stand-alone.
