ok, but can we all take a moment and appreciate the kissing scene from 1.07 and that jughead didn’t pressure betty into telling him what she just came up with? that jughead gives betty space to do her own thing, because he trusts her? that he smiles at her when she comes up with an idea because he is proud and he knows that betty knows what she’s doing? 

jughead jones believes in betty cooper so much and betty cooper believes in jughead jones, too, and they are lifting each other up at their worst moments. 

and can we all appreciate that they ‘came out’ to the gang only because jughead was so concerned for her? neither betty or jughead thought it was a big deal, because they were both caught up in the moment. the moment where betty is so stressed out that the only logical thing to do for juggie is to reach out and comfort her and make her feel a bit better. and they don’t think about the others, no. it’s their moment because one needs another and that’s it.

there are so many great moments with them, because they are so simple and gentle and not pressured. they are just pure and human and out of love and concerned for each other.
