HEY I am alive.

1) I’m going to try get back into updating on the fairly reg but I’m not sure what that will mean at this time.  I had a nice long break to kind of think about where I want things to go and what needs to happen and all those fun things.

2) I am trying to peddle some smut for money.  Here I am on Amazon, B&N, Apple (scroll past the album lol that isn’t me), Kobo.  Here is my “get notified” page if you’re into that.  It’s been a learning curve for me!  This is a very different format actually and my first many attempts sucked terribly, hence the later than intended announcement.  I’m still working on it!  I have a couple things coming out that aren’t published yet (there’s a delay) but I’m getting better/back to where I hope is expected of me by this point lol.  If you are interested in this (and a Legal Adult), please check me out!  I’m trying to figure out what kinds of things sell and don’t sell, so it’s a real mix right now.

Alabama Woman Who Lost Pregnancy in Shooting Is Charged in Fetus’s Death

Marshae Jones was five months pregnant when she was shot in the stomach. The police say she initiated a fight that led to the shooting.

WHAT. THE. ACTUAL. FUCK.

Marshae Jones was shot in 2018 during an argument. She was 5-months pregnant at the time and the trauma ended the pregnancy. While charges were dropped against the shooter, the survivor, Marshae Jones is now being charged with manslaughter for starting the argument. Black and indigenous women are almost always the first targets of policies that attempt to steal autonomy over their own bodies from women. Marshae is clearly the victim in this situation, yet she now faces a hefty prison sentence for being shot. She is being held on a $50,000 bail. This is absolutely disgusting, and we must end both the system of cash bail and the prison industrial complex that seeks to criminalize black, brown, and working class white people at every opportunity. #SayHerName
