Thinking about Tam Amber’s “not again…not again” in reaction to Lenore Dove’s death…it automatically seems like he means after what happened to Lucy Gray, but has anyone else considered that he might be implying that something similar happened to Maude Ivory as well?

it’s implied that Maude Ivory might Lenore Dove’s mother (Haymitch finding her grave with Lenore Dove’s and Lucy Gray’s), which means her officially stated cause of death was childbirth. but Lenore Dove’s official cause of death was stated to be appendicitis, which we know was a falsehood spread by the Capitol. maybe Snow poisoned Maude Ivory? Maybe Maude Ivory tried to look into Lucy Gray’s disappearance and discovered something she wasn’t supposed to?
