Hello! You can call me Bellamy or Bella. I'm a history major who loves writing, listening to musicals, and drinking tea. I'm probably doing all of them at once 😅

I really love history, especially the two Industrial Revolutions— my favorite musical is Newsies!! If you want to talk about it please please send me an ask, it would absolutely make my day 💚🗞️ I also love Hamilton, Dear Evan Hansen, The Outsiders, and Hadestown, to name a few. My favorite books are Pride and Prejudice, Anne of Green Gables, and Sweep by Jonathan Auxier 💚

I'm currently working on an original story (that began as a Newsies fanfic) about two brothers who work in a textile mill but long to escape the factory and go to school! Feel free to ask about it, but I probably won't share any of my writing on here. I will reblog things that make me think of my boys, though 💚

this and also the only difference between fanfic writers and writers who sell their own original works as careers is that fanfics aren’t monetized. that’s all.

being a “professional” writer doesn’t mean your works are inherently better than fanfics. I’ve read so many fics that are more professionally written than some published books.

whether or not a piece of writing is monetized has nothing to do with its quality.

Omg hii! I am SO sorry, l've been hanging onto your ask for days because I wanted to try and make a few posts of my own to start, but l've been overthinking everything trying to figure out where to start. And I need to not do that. So I'm just going to go ahead and answer your question after all 😅

I HAVE heard Jack Wolfe's Hadestown, and I LOVE his version so much aaaaa!! He's one of my favorite Orpheuses ever. He has such a gorgeous voice— the way he hits the high notes in the Epics! And I love his little accent 💚 English accents are the best, don't you think?
