“I guess, but that way you actually have to spend your money. Missing the chance to save yourself dough.” Bell spoke. “They don’t change that quickly unless you screwed them over, if they spill it quickly then they probably already planned to do it.”

                At four different places, Aleia nearly interjected bitterly but this was another Zeta and it was better to avoid a bitch fit when you have to live with the person, within reason. With a huff she bit back the irritation on her tongue and threw her hand up. “ That aside, do you know how to get a stain out or not. My mom legitimately go beserk. ”

Bell wasn’t sure if the girl actually took what she said to heart of if she just didn’t care. Either way there was no hint about it. She rolled her eyes slightly, “No, but there’s google so we can just look it up.” she muttered, pulling out her phone. “Or we could ask the workers around, if you haven’t already pissed them all off.”

“I just want to make sure it stays intact. I don’t wanna wrap it and then when she opens it, it’s just a pile of popsicle sticks and feathers–– I’m almost done with the glue. I promise. Ehh, I think I’ll be fine. I’ve only got maybe less than half an hour until we do our gift exchange. And you’re right, I mean it’s the thought that counts. What’s ZBZ doing for your bonding activity?”

“It seems like if you wrap it now, the wrapper might just not come off. What was it that you were going for in the first place, if you don’t mind me asking? Unless, you were just going for whatever you could.  –– In that case, just put feathers over the whole thing, then you’ll at least cover the random spots of glue.” she pointed out. “Oh, we’re playing games and coloring.”

Bell shrugged, “if you’re okay with it, then alright.” she stated. She grinned, “even the ones who keep getting on your nerves?” she didn’t have to say names to know exactly who she meant.

“Oh come on, Mercedes it’s just all fun and games. I don’t think that’s how foot fungus works... You know the extra fifty yards just means more work for you, right? I’d say were some shoes you don’t care for then.”

“What’s that they say, it’s the thought that counts?” Bells peered over at the girls project. “Uh , it would’ve looked better if you didn’t add a layer of glue over it” she muttered, grimacing. “Maybe... I’ve got nothing. Call an art major over and maybe they’ll be able to help you out.”

           “ Okay, we have been here like five minutes and I swear the staff are already putting their grubby little hands on my stuff! My Dolce dress that I was supposed to be wearing tonight has a grease stain on it. Do I look like I eat grease? My mom is going to flip out. ” Aleia rattled, throwing her hands up desperately. This was the last time she was letting those drunken morons pick where she was spending her break. She could be partying in Zante right now but noooo.

“It’s literally not that serious, Aleia.” The girl replied. “You know... that doesn’t make sense at all. Why would them touching your stuff end up with your dress getting grease on it? Even if it was out of a bag or not wrapped, wouldn’t that just trace back to it being your fault? Don’t blame the staff for what could be your mistake. There’s no certain look for someone who eats greasy foods anyway.” Bells scoffed. She understood that Aleia was stressed about it, but there was no point in taking it out on everyone else.

     “Alright, I’ll admit it, but you can’t breathe a word of that to anyone, okay?” Adam smiled. ‘I do actually like a few of the Lambda’s..” he trailed, stopping himself, “but that’s all I’m gonna tell you, right now anyway. And that’s me, Adam Tennyson, adorably cheesy. Didn’t you know?” His smile grew wider as he took the seat next to the girl. “I’m just full of surprises. Don’t we all have a superpower of some sort? I’m sure you have one too, one-hundred percent. You manage to get me to turn into a ball of lameness. That takes power.”

“Ooh, I knew I was right!” She nudged playfully. Bell pressed her finger to her lips, “don’t worry, you’re secret is safe with me. I swear. Though I kinda wanna figure out which Lambda’s you like now.” She grinned, leaning back against the bench. “I actually thought you were too cool for school to be cheesy… but I’m glad I’m wrong. Adorably cheesy is always a win.” She smiled, glancing over at him before focusing on the bottle. She could never get them open on the first try. “Well when you put it like that, we all kind of sound impressive, don’t we. Uh, you’ve got to be lying. You? Lame? There’s no way this is you being lame. I’d accept that power though. —– Okay, if you could have any superpower in the world, other than stopping the world, what would it be?”

“Yeah but it’s not as meticulous and precise as a nice handwash. Plus, they are a lot more expensive and we have a hose and some soap here. And well that’s not part of the bet, now was it? Maybe I will watch you with my own eyes. I have the utmost confidence in Popeyes’ chicken.”

“Maybe you just don’t go to good ones, where else can you get a good hard working all around clean. Well, machines aren’t cheap but you can’t really be cheap when you want a good wash can you. Actually, we never put details about it and I think it’s a bit too late to add that to the rules. Yeah, yeah, yeah.”

“They did. I have a secret stash now. I just like to go to the store and get the big bags, but when I run out the vending machine in Whitby Hall near the telephones has em’.” Giselle shrugged. “Anyone can have curly hair. I just think if you’re going to be a hairstylist you need to learn to work on all hair types. Everyone gets their hair done.” The whole thing frustrated her really, but Giselle didn’t want to get heated over talk of hair salons. “Yeah so I think if we just think of it like a return to our childhood it wouldn’t be so bad.”

“It’s almost sounding like you have a problem.. almost an obsession with them. I don’t know if I should be proud or slightly worried. I think I’m equally feeling both for you right now.” Bells replied, tilting her head to the side. She shook her head, “you’d think that’s something they would easily cover in the first week of classes, right? I can’t even get thick hair straightened without being burned, so I definitely can’t see them working any better with anything else.” she hugged slightly. “Hmm, but how easily do you think the other girls will think like that.”

“Absolutely. I’ll come up with another solution if I ever reach that point. That’s what my friends said, they were so scared that I was going to get others sick, so they didn’t let me go. Luckily I didn’t miss much.” She sighed. “True. I mean if they didn’t tell anyone, then of course it wouldn’t get leaked. But if they even told one person, then they are kinda screwed because no one keeps a secret forever.”

“At that point, just buy a wake up call or if you don’t want to spend money, trick some poor freshman into being your wake up call for at least a semester. Can’t say I’d be too happy if I went to a class and got sick from it, especially if it’s a class I don’t enjoy.” She frowned. “That’s kinda depressing, you really think no one can take a secret to their grave?”

Well I’m sure Madonna’s performed in Arizona at some point and a guy like Harry Potter can’t help but asexually reproduce. Why would anyone want to have a child who’s had a part of the worst villain in the whole wizarding world. Madonna’s the type of person to randomly decide she wants to be a cougar and go to some charity banquet for children with feet on their back and get pregnant because of some twenty-something heir. “Feel free to tell her mother that, I’m sure she’d appreciate knowing that. But Emily seems like she has other things on her mind rather than her lack of spice name. I'm - what the actual hell? Did you piece that all together when you were sane of did you think about all of that when you were high or drunk and just stuck with it? No offense to you, but it sounds like the thoughts of someone high. She already has like 6 children, does she really need anymore. Though twenty-something heirs can be the weakness for a lot of cougars. Man, I knew it! So, is that your way of saying I can't ask any more questions about her alleged position?"

“Both of them aren’t for everybody. What are you majoring in anyways? I luckily took a music class for my elective and didn’t have to go the art or art history route.  You’ve got a good point there. Repeating this class is honestly the last thing I want to do. I’ve managed to avoid repeating classes so far and really shouldn’t change that good streak I got going. Eh, it might happen when I get really desperate, but right now I think I can do this.. just barely,” he laughed. “I’ll work on it, Bell. I guess so, but I like to think we have a say in some things too. You’re a very helpful person, truly. A plus advice.”

“That’s very true, uh as of now Public Relations and a Communications minor but thinking of adding business, partly because who doesn’t love a good business degree. It gets you everywhere basically. Lucky lucky you, it was complete torture, honestly I slept through half the lectures anyway. See, goals” she joked. “Don’t say I didn’t think about your grade, just barely is better than completely failing it so you could be in a worse situation... hopefully you don’t get there but you still have some levels between that level and now.” She shrugged. “I’d say that’s your summer assignment but that sounds to schoolish. Well, I supposed. Of course, I try. But if you do witness anything, remember, snitches get stitches.”

“Eating your own food sort of cuts into profits and defeats the point, no?” he chuckled. “I wash my car once a week. Keep it in prime condition. And you’re right. We have a deal: just chicken and biscuits. I guess you should practice washing cars then? Or should I cash in something a little better. I don’t know.”

“I mean, I guess, if you have to think about it that way. Then again, you could just be a mass produced restaurant then take whatevers left afterwards home.” She shrugged. Bell frowned, “you know there’s those drive through car wash things right? Fine. Eh, not jusr yet, you haven’t won yet. Well, I’m not gonna be the one to give you ideas. How do you know I won’t just pay someone to wash the car for me?”
