April Palette Challenge for @color-palettes event

Given the bold rainbow array, the reclusive Angel Cammy wasn't exactly my first pick for this month's color palette, but the more I futzed with it, the more I realized how close it came to their color scheme. I also made myself a new pair of brushes in order to make the twining ivy border!
