Game over Dota 2

This is for the girls who are still sick of their boyfriend’s favorite past time- Dota2. For all the girls who wanted him to realize your worth? Make him think about the non-famous, “YOU’LL NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU HAVE UNTIL IT’S GONE”? Or want to make him say “GGWP”?. Uh oh you’re not alone girl I’ve been there and it took me just days to made him said those things and he even remembered those days that he was like “Babe just one game,… One more game…. One more game PLEASE!” And here comes me who can’t do anything about that addiction but just say “Okay” then the waiting continues.

At the beggining of our relationship he already told me about his dota addiction, it was before Dota 2 , not new to me though cause I’ve played it before but I don’t have that kind of addiction same as him. So I took the deal of leaving him alone, never to give him beeps or calls if he’s playing Dota. I tried my best to be patient even if it took several hours of waiting for him to text me back or call me & worst? Came late on our date. We don’t see each other that often, so one time I was in his house it’s supposed to be us time but then Dota the fucking dota has to be part of that day and he was like “Babe I want to play and you can just sleep here or watch tv or do whatever you like”. “i wanna die right now that’s what I want to do” I should have said that but it went out “ok babe you can play”. The hell was that? So after a year & months of our relationship I’m giving it a twist, I never ever expect that it turned to be a solution of my dilemma. I once remember a friend told me about her smoking, “if your friend smoke, join her. If you don’t want then keep distant.” So I applied her theory. Why not play dota again? I’ve heard a lot of improvements made in Dota 2. I signed up in Steam then boom I found myself took a Dota training, good to know they now include that & my favorite enhancement? Is they already put suggested item build and recipes which I really struggled in Dota 1. I started discussing this to my guy, he even helped me and challenged me for a “beyond Godlike someone kill her” status. Because of Dota 2 I spent most of my time playing with it and lesser time chatting with him. I even won the challenge. Then one night he came to me and said “now I realize how you felt when I was just there sitting and playing for hours.” Now, we bonded through Dota 2, I don’t recommend party with your guy if you’re still noob it will pissed him off. And the new rule, if we are not together then live your life with Dota 2 and if we are, we spend an hour or two for Dota 2 then the rest is just for the two of us. If you want to save your relationship and stay out of that waiting-patiently-for-you-to-finish that game, then you must give it a try coz Couples that play Dota 2 together stay together.
