Hamdi Ulukaya, the Turkish immigrant to the US who founded Chobani yogurt, fo the cover of Inc. Magazine. Chobani is now the best-selling Greek yogurt in the US, and Hamdi’s on a mission to change the relationship between big businesses and their employees. He pays his workers twice the federal minimum wage, donates part of the company’s profits to charity, and 30% of his employees are immigrants.
